Cristina was very accommodating in fitting me into her schedule on short notice. She listened to me to get a feel of my expectations, talk me through the process and gave me aftercare instructions. I felt a bit awkward in the first few minutes but that was short lived, Cristina is very personable and professional so I soon forget the tapes, the chemical scent and lashes being stroked... Setting the appointment online was very simple. I arrived and signed a waiver before my technician Luisa called me. She was very nice. The place was very clean, nicely decorated with very relaxing music sounds in the background that I almost fell asleep. The whole process took about an hour. Painless no issues. No allergies. They were very punctual too no waiting time The final results looked great until I got home and realized the right eye lashes were not as dark or thick as the left side. Not sure why the left eye lashes looked better thicker and darker. I need to call back and see if they can fix it somehow. $115 full price Lashes last from 6 to 8 weeks apparently. Overall nice place.
