They were timely when scheduling the on-site home visit. Luis, the scheduler touched base with me prior to the visit. All the office personnel (Yairis, Joaquin & Daneisy) were always available when I called and emails were answered on a timely basis. The county issued a few comment on the Elevation ( as they always) but as soon as I mentioned that to Landmark they told me to forward the comments to them and they handled it quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast they corrected the comments and I had an updated Elevation within days. Very pleased with the service I received from Landmark.
