I'm only here in town for a week or two twice a year. The staff are fast convenient and the service is very friendly no complaints from me. I'm glad to know you are nearby in many of the places I go. I found a way to double my money... I fold it into half....Groan.. I did say this was lame and boring, didn't I say so? You were warned.

I had never heard of this CCU before, despite having experience in the banking industry. They have been easy to work with and again - the rate was amazing! I've seldom left a dealer happy about my payment before, but my experience with BMW of Louisville and CCU changed that. If I had any critique, I would only mention that their website isn't as user friendly as my household banking (Chase). That being said, I can deal with that for the value I am getting.

Excellent customer service. Online banking is wonderful compared to local banks. They're only open…read more8-5 M-TH, but since I work 8-5 I have to wait until Friday when they're open until 6 if I need to go into the bank, but that's not a big deal. Additionally their loan interest rates are a little high compared to local banks, so I have my loans through another bank. But for a checking account, debit card, or even a credit card, they are EXCELLENT! Overall, I've never had any complaints against Chase and they are always so nice and willing to assist.
