This company's operations and logistics, however, is downright unacceptable. I have an ongoing order of two bottles delivered every other week, which costs $19.98. They recently added a new rule that deliveries have to meet a $20 minimum, so I had to double the order and manually 'skip' half of the deliveries so I don't have too many bottles. I'm supposed to receive a text when the bottles are on the way, which gives me a chance to leave out my empties. Around 50% of the time, they will forget to notify me so I'll end up with a surplus of bottles. At any given time, I either have no water in my apartment or so much that I don't even have room to store the empty bottles. They get two stars instead of one because the customer service representatives are kind on the phone. Be better, ReadyRefresh!

Suddenly, my card wasn't working in their system, though it was working everywhere else. It took almost a month and 5 separate calls to them to find out that for some reason my card was marked as being attached a closed account. I checked with my bank and the issue was definitely with Primo's system, and not my card. The finally got the payment issue resolved after call number 5. The other issue is that the dispensers they rent now are faulty. I've had this service for a few about 3 years, and the dispenser I had for the first 2 and a half years worked fine for that time. They about 6 months ago, the cold water tap started hiccuping and wasn't a steady stream anymore. They have since had to replace my dispenser 3 times, with each one having the same issue after a few weeks. After this happened with the 3rd dispenser in about 5 months, I called them again for a replacement. This time, the dispenser they dropped off almost immediately leaked all of the water from the tank I just refilled it with. When I called to cancel my service, they told me that they can pick up the two dispensers that are now at my apartment and the empty water bottles. But they are refusing to pick up the full bottles that I can't use. I hate this company! I also hate that they have a monopoly in my area and it's nearly impossible to find a local company to work with instead.

I have visited the vast majority of water stores in Boyle Heights. Purchased water from each, and had a chance to taste the water from each. I have to tell you, this place has the best tasting water. No store within miles compares. What is odd, this is not a water store. It is a little convenience store that sells water as a side line. Not sure if it is the system they use, the frequency of changing the filters, or the source of water, but, you have to taste this water. Place is hard to find. You would not know a store is there if you did not look and walk into the little entrance and look to the left. They also have a self serve option open 24 hours that is on the outside of the store. One thing to consider, the folks who run the store are not the most customer service oriented or masters of conversation. They tend to not speak or acknowledge you until is time to hit you up for cash. I believe this is because the owners do not speak English well. If you are lucky, you might come in when the lady behind the counter is singing (or praying) to something on her phone. Definitely a unique experience. Did I mention it is twenty cents a gallon? One dollar to fill up my four gallon container!

Well I met one of the sweetest employees during my transactions and I just wanted to put her in my pocket (my analogy of keeping someone so sweet protected, because the shirt pocket is close to my heart). This location is on the right end of a plaza with plenty of free parking available. There is also street parking if it just happens to become full, but I came close to closing so parking was plentiful. I came in with a search of a 5-gallon jug with a hands-free spout. There were two choices that were both BPA free containers. One was $16.99 and the other was $14.99. The only difference between the two bottles was the lid. They accept cash only so make sure you stop at the ATM first. With any bottle purchase, you get free water. The first bottle was a little lose, but she changed it immediately and wasn't trying to sell me a faulty product. I appreciated that! Overall an amazing experience! I feel like if I worked nearby or there, I would drink water all day lol

The place is always clean and all of the attendants that I've interacted with have been very helpful. The best thing about this laundromat is the prices, the machines are cheaper than any other laundromat I've been to and the wash and fold prices at $1 a pound is such a great deal.
