The cashier that works here is very nice and always greets with a smile when someone walks in. I asked him if I can take pictures, but he said no because he doesn't know if the owner is okay with that. He said I was able to take some from outside only. The parking is small and it is shared with two restaurants, a market and a laundromat. Although they all share you will find parking most of the time.

Luckily, I am; and everything worked out in my favor. Just one block away from my permanent residence, I found this oasis- Waterhouse Purified Drinking Water. CASH ONLY 35¢/ 1 gallon It's a nice open space. There are several stations to avoid a line. Staff is friendly and very efficient. They're also very sanitary. Before filing each time, they quickly clean your container. I love this little place!

When they came to disconnect our system, they disconnected the water line to our refrigerator without properly explaining anything. We later found out our fridge water and ice maker no longer worked because of what they did. Even worse, when they attempted to reconnect everything, they claimed our water line was "broken" and told us to call a plumber. The problem is that they were the only people who touched the water valve and water line. Everything was working perfectly before they arrived. After they worked on it, suddenly we're left with a broken water line and told it's somehow our responsibility. Instead of taking accountability or even trying to help resolve the issue, they refused to admit any fault and simply told us to hire a plumber at our own expense. That is completely unacceptable after being loyal customers for more than a decade. I also question the number of 5-star reviews. In my opinion, many seem to come from people who personally know the owners or the people running the company, because our experience was nothing like what those reviews describe. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Loyalty clearly means nothing to this company, and if something goes wrong, don't expect them to take responsibility or provide decent customer service. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had.
