Service is great here at this water store most importantly the staff is very clean and professional. They have alkaline water that's a + for me and family as we are trying to always ensure we drink the best for our health. If you haven't tried alkaline you are missing out. $10/5 gallon i don't mind the price. Regular water is much cheaper but I always think of it as an investment to my own health and family! ((((((((((( ALERT )))))))))))) Pay everything in cash I left my debit card there and the cashier used my card 6 times at the same location and also at McDonald's & Autozone in the same mini mall I went back to complain and they said that no card was left there when I call to have the card canceled they told me that the card was used at the Wateria 6 times before being used at Autozone and McDonald's the cashier has her boyfriend sitting there when I told them what happen he laughed as said there's nothing they could do I should not have left it and that I should pay more attention to where I leave my card. read more

My mom always visits this location. Today, my mom asked the lady working at the location for help in placing her gallon on her cart. The lady's response was "no I can't help you, I don't have insurance". Bad response lady. No more business for this location. read more

Very disappointing, I am no longer coming back to support them. Their hours are not updated. They close when they want. I got tired of making the drive over here and chasing them for service. Came once 7pm closed another time 6pm closed. She was mopping and turned 5 cars away plus some walking from far away. ATLEAST TURN OFF YOUR DAM OPEN SIGN!!! Unbelievable!!!! read more

Don't waste your money here service is horrible especially in afternoon I was at the door at 6:43pm and she said no more service is close. At the door said that they close at 7:00 pm is was in hurry from my job trying to be there it's unbelievable how they treat customers. Go another place to get your water believe. Great place to refill you water gallons! Not expensive at all. Fast and Easy and your able to park your car right in front of the store, so you don't need to carry your water galloons too far. A lot better that the Quarter machines in front of any supermarket. The only thing i don't like is that they Open until 9:00am I like to do my company errands early and 9am is a little late for my taste. I used to go to the Wateria in Norwalk because I was so close by for work, but now that I'm rarely at that location, I live about 3.5 miles from this one. Same prices, alkaline $2.00 per gallon but I appreciate the taste of the water and the consistency. I come here and fill up my 5 gallons, 3 gallons, and even my gallon and 1/2 gallon jugs. People working are always nice and my experiences have been pleasant! read more

I've been coming here for a while now, recently new management took over and I was glad since they actually process cards for payments. I was able to process simple $3 to $5 transactions with my card numerous times till today they say I can only use cards if I am spending over $10? I understand if you want to charge me a processing fee but trying to get me to spend more than needed in this business is horrible. Note to management at least put up a sign that states can not use cards to pay unless if minimum of $10 purchase is being performed. read more
