Six months ago the insurance company sent a letter saying I had to make a repair to my home (which they would not cover), or else they would cancel my policy. I never saw the letter. Long story short, my policy got cancelled last week. Did William J Heller call to give me a heads up? Hell no. I called the insurance company, who said "we can't do anything. Call your agent." So I called Heller, who said "I can't do anything. Call the company." Long story short, I got myself a real insurance agent who believes in real customer service. This agent showed me ZERO courtesy, ZERO consideration, ZERO customer service. Good riddance. I should have changed companies years ago. Glad to be rid of you.

My first call to let them know I wanted to cancel was met with a very stand-offish tone followed by an abrupt hang up. My second call to finalize the cancellation of the renters was also met with a quick hang up as soon he finished speaking, even though I had additional questions. I called back and got a pretty snarky attitude. Was planing on getting a quote from them in a year, but do not think that is going to happen now.
