They are located close to Providence and lots of shopping g nearby in Seekonk. The office staff has been friendly, patient and responsive, especially Tracey. The maintenance staff is always responsive and quick, we can't thank Jeremy enough. We looked at other apartment communities and this one has great amenities (in-unit laundry, pool, fitness center, tennis courts, etc) especially for the price. There are a couple of reasons for taking the star away. One is that the wall on the side of the stove doesn't have a backsplash so it was easily stained pretty immediately. The second is that there is only one trash area on the property, forcing you to either walk a good distance to get rid of trash, or put it in your car to dispose of it. Finally, the bedrooms and living room area don't have overhead lighting, so you have to have lamps unless you want to sit in darkness. Also, the AC doesn't go below 70 degrees. You are responsible for your own utilities so I'm not sure the rationale there, but it was a pretty warm August for us.

It's very sad and disappointing. When you talk to the leasing staff to have a conversation they talk to you like you've been a piece of shit tenant and don't deserve anything. It's unfortunate because I've watched how the tenants in my building have left things and I am being treated like I've did exactly what they've done and I have done nothing but follow the rules. I reluctantly agreed to accompany him here, but was unhappy about it. He rented the apartment by phone based on the current ad that they are running. They played bait and switch with him. Who is easier to rent a lesser apartment to then someone who cant see what is being rented?He came here ahead of me when his company said they needed him here soonest. I met him here about 3 weeks later I expected to see what was in the picture. An apartment with lots of light and stainless steel appliances, just a warm place to be. What I got was a dark dingy looking place that I didn't even want my dog to have to live in. I have been here about, on and off a total of 14 months. I say on and off because I throw in the towel and go home every time something happens I went home when I went into the closet to get one of my purses I collect and found mildew on them. I came back was my husband is here. We have 2 air conditioners full of mold and the place is crawling with spiders and other crawly things. I think the thing that will chase me home for good now is one evening I was in the kitchen and I had a mouse walk in front of my feet and then go on his way. Ever since then I have had to wash the mice droppings out of anything that is in the drawer under the stove, or the lower cupboards. Or run the risk of getting really sick. Two days ago I had 3 mice walk lined up, in a row, from one side of the kitchen to the other. The person moved out upstairs from me, and for at least the past 4 days, longer, I have been treated to workers banging, pounding, loud talking and music blaring starting at around 8am. I work nights and have not slept in days I have called their office here 4 times, with no response. They respect the tenants so little that you don't even rate a call back. They are running an ad to rent apartments and my husband thought it was a good deal, and he went for it. But, by the time they were finished with all of the extra charges including charges for things we do not even use the apartment price swelled to nearly $2000 a month. So, I sit here writing this and listening to all of the banging, wondering who will move in upstairs and make it more unbearable with noise. So this is how I feel and what i am going through as I write this. Its not doing me any good now, but if I can make someone change their mind and not rent here, then my review helped. The maint staff is so friendly they always say hello and ask about your day. As a college student I love living here. I just signed another year lease and I am happy I did. The property has a pool, fitness center, club house with free WiFi, 5 laundry rooms and ample parking. It is about a 10 min drive to the city. This apartment will charge your money for no reason and treat their customers very mean!!! In the early of this month, my boyfriend and I dropped by this apartment's office to look for our new home. A big white woman asked us to fill out some application charts to help them gain our detailed information. After that, she asked us to get some extra documents for them. When we prepared to leave, this woman required us to leave $100 check as this apartment's deposit. However, when we come back to the office, the staff told us we were denied by their company. That means, they could not rent us this apartment just because I had few times late payments for my old apartment. But at that day, I forgot to ask them to return my $100 check. After a week, I visited their office again to ask them to return my check; they said they could not return it because this $100 check is a non-refundable deposit. I am very angry because nobody told me this is a non-refundable check before I paid it. I tried to negotiate with them (a old lady and that big white woman), but they totally did not give me a chance to talk with them. What is worse, they yelled to me and threatened me by security and cops. I was so scared and helpless, so I decided to call 911 to get help. When I stayed outside at their office, I still could hear that big white woman continued to abuse me by using some terrible words. And as a international student, I recommend that all the international students should not live there. They treat foreigners in a very bad attitude. Actually, this white woman is a person who always shows terrible racial discrimination, so, if you are not a true white, you should be careful of it!! I am just a college student who wants to find a quiet place to live. Unfortunately, I entered a company with full of swindlers!!! To live this "very very good" apartment, you need to have a perfect leasing history, and abundant money in order to pay for everything at any moment! The Westminster Lofts is actually a collection of 5 different loft buildings; each with it's own…read moreunique vibe, but all located around Providence's hippest local, Westminster St. It ranges from the Smith lofts, which I believe are the cheapest, but also the least ornate (the floors are linoleum and the cupboards/appliances seem cheaper in quality). I personally reside in the Peerless building, which is my favorite of the lot, given the breathtaking view from the roof deck (complete with herb garden; fun fact, these herbs are used by the nearby restaurant Gracie's), and the awe-inspiring atrium. Each apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher and in-unit laundry machine, which is super convenient, even if the drying cycle leaves a bit to be desired. The lighting in my particular unit isn't the best, but nothing that a few lamps can't solve. Most importantly, the front desk staff are amazing - always super friendly and helpful. I love this place that I live.
