Unfortunately I have used them for 2 children and both experiences were awful. Terrible customer service, very rude owners and instructors, awful availability and an all around headache. Frankly, everyone I talk to says the same thing. I am sorry I gave them my money. I would stay away for sure if given the option. Anywhere else would likely be better. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After a couple conversations about my concerns that my son didn't receive proper on road lessons I was told they'd no longer sponsor him. The instructor and examiner talked to each other the entire test. When I expressed my concern about this I was told by the school that this is allowed. Having payed them to "sponsor" my son the sponsor gave different reasons for him failing his test than the examiner which in my opinion means she wasn't paying attention which is what we paid her to do. She was rude and refused to see that we were unhappy and decided informing me that its not called a blinker its called a signal was the best she could do to try to justify that they provided adequate training. Save your money and have a toddler teach your child to drive. They will have a better chance at passing! read more

Not sure what to say except to find another place. In fact, after a few on-roads, we did. I know it's hard because they are so local and will pick you up at school. However, they don't make any effort to make the class instruction enjoyable and engaging (it's overwhelmingly boring). Further, customer service is poor, they don't have convenient office hours, and different on-road instructors will give conflicting information. During the class instruction portion about DUI, the instructor made comments about how individuals are responsible for their own addictions. This is in complete contrast to current ways of thinking and treating. Yes, people must take responsibility for their actions (taking the drug or drink); however, the addiction isn't in their control (family predisposition, hormones, or other things in your brain). Someone must have spoken about this because the next day the instructor said it seems like they were mistaken and gave more accurate information. They don't have very good bookkeeping, and have made accusations on more than one occasion about not providing enough time for cancellation when we did. Their apology over this was minimal. read more

It was tricky at first but you have to figure the system out. The lessons are scheduled online and you can book 4 at a time, so as one is completed, you can schedule the next. They are booked out a month, so if you're trying to get them in, look for cancellations. Once I realized to do that, it all worked out. It was convenient that they arrange the driving test and everything. That process was perfect. So, yes I would recommend. Yes, I would have done it again. read more

Choose another school if you can. My child transferred to this school from another driving school that had to close due to COVID, and the difference between the 2 schools was striking. Communication with students and parents is very poor and scheduling on-roads lessons is a "leave a message and wait for a call back" process. For a while, their voicemail greeting explained that they would be sending out emails regarding a new online scheduling system, but I've received no emails, and the voicemail greeting once again asks students to leave a message and wait for a call back. The required 12 hours of on-roads will likely take my child 5-6 months to complete. read more

Communication between office staff and students/parents is terrible. On the road training is sub-par. they only train on back streets, rarely in heavy traffic areas. When a student fails the on road test, they make no attempt to retrain the student in weak areas, but they will take more money to retest later on. read more

One of my children took her classroom and behind-the-wheel classes at Meadows Driving School. While there were definitely instructors she preferred over others, she never had a real complaint about any of them. She constantly told me about new things she learned about driving, ranging from standard rules, to special techniques. My only complaint (hence the 4 and not 5 stars) is that there was at least a month long wait for her first 3 on-roads sessions, but after that, it was much easier to schedule. Also, we were on a wait list and were often called when someone cancelled. As a family, we are very satisfied with our experience here. The parent class was boring - I can't imagine any way to make it really interesting - but at least Maria made us laugh! I am in the process of signing up my second child, who has anxiety issues, for behind-the-wheel lessons at Meadows. read more

All around bad. Rude teachers bad scheduling I once had a driving instructor road rage yelling at me from the passenger seat while teaching a student to drive. If you care about your loved ones do not send them here. They will resent you and they should. 3 on roads at a time get cancelled half the time. 3 teachers to who knows how many students. The soonest ones they could offer us were a month to two months apart. read more

Very unprofessional. Kids watching and "babysitting" kids. I heard horror stories before about the manager and his wife...but I saw it for myself this time. The husband and wife duo are really immature and unprofessional. I never felt worse than when I was interacting with these two. read more

We did not choose to use this company for our 2nd child's drivers education. Our 1st child did learn everything she needed to pass her drivers test, with this company, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We found Maria to be snappy and defensive in response to any criticism. Their on-road scheduling procedures made it difficult to complete on-roads to test on-time, resulting in an 2 month delay for our daughter. (can only schedule 3 on-roads at one time, and lots of stalling in between) If you ask around, you will hear similar complaints from other parents. Your child will pass their test, but I would advise you to do your homework and give your money to someone who provides better customer service for your $600. read more
