I used this company for three years to service my pool year around once a week. I was a very loyal customer. I recommended them to friends and business associates. The current tech has not been doing a good job. I reached out repeatedly to the company and the owner. No response. They do not answer their phone and they do not return calls. But they were quick to email me today to tell me I mailed the check to the old location. And even quicker to drop me as a customer when I pointed out my frustration yet again with their tech. They gave me a week to find a new service provider. Save yourselves the headache. This company does not care about their customers. read more

I used this company for one years to service my pool year around once a week. The current tech has not been doing a good job. I had a white substance in the bottom of my pool. I contacted them every week for 5 weeks to say problem not fixed. Neither the owner or service manager came out to look at the problem. I had another company come out and test the water. They found the issue to be the chemical composition. Any one can just drop chemicals in your pool. The leadership of this company repeatedly said we are really busy.  Save yourselves the headache. This company is an overpriced vendor that delivers the poorest quality parts. I had the misfortune of utilizing this vendor for a sand tank replacement and a pump replacement in 2013. They were "no shows" on the first two appointments. When they did arrive on the tank change out they spilled blue PVC glue on my pool deck which will never come out, and the $500 "top of the line" pump I had installed barely lasted a year-now all it does is make noise. After multiple calls/texts when the noise first started over 6 weeks ago the owner agreed to change out the pump. The previous pump I had replaced was old when I bought the home and lasted 9 freaking years before it wore out. He then keeps no showing, delaying and otherwise ignoring my requests for him to make good on his promise. Now the pump has failed its raining filling my pool to the brim, and I can't pump anything out. When I finally got him on the phone the only thing he would say was the "top of the line pump" he put in was out of warranty and he was doing me a favor. Six weeks after reporting the problem the pump has completely failed and he isn't returning calls or texts anymore leaving me and my pool to fend for ourselves. Some Favor! Do yourself a favor do not trust or use this vendor. They do not stand by their word, nor do they do quality work, and the products they recommend are sub-standard. read more
