Our pool is green and a few things broken Because of him. He's disrespectful, as well.

Came out to make sure the pump was working. Fixed it and I will work with this company in the future. Highly recommended

Hands down, worst "pool cleaning company" ever. We bought a beautiful home with a pool that the…read moreprevious owners had said was maintained weekly by Coastline Pool Services. When we closed on our home and had the chance to really look at the pool, it was covered in grime, clearly hasn't been maintained and cleaned weekly, as they had been paid $250 a month to do, and there were multiple broken and non working parts that would have been noticed had they actually been showing up and doing what they were paid well to do. We gave the owner, Kenny, another week to come back, replace what was broken and not working and clean our pool and check the chemicals for our weekly maintenance that was already prepaid for. He was due on Thurs and never showed up. No call/no show. We graciously waited an extra day and when he didn't show up again today and refused to answer multiple calls or texts, we sent a letter of dismissal and requested our last month's payment of $250 to be refunded to us. I can't stress enough how much I'd stay away from this illegitimate company. Save yourself the time and frustration and hire a company that will actually work hard and not steal from you. Unfortunately, he tried to play the wrong people and we will be taking him to court if he refused to reimburse us.

Coastline was so knowledgeable and helpful not only over the phone but came out the same week to start service. My pool looks great and it was very reasonable. I will be keeping the monthly service. I highly recommend this Company!!!!

Used this company to upgrade some pool equipment. The project ended up $1600 over their estimate…read moreand was over a month late. We agreed to weekly service for a discount to the project. Once the sale was complete we got good service for about a year, then no returned emails or texts and a full voicemail box. Their "nationally certified chemists" looked like high schoolers that broke 5 pool lights, 5' of spa coping, the display panel to the control panel and a drain cover. They left the fill hose running in the pool all day and didn't tell us (which we luckily found that evening) and don't have service reports letting you know how the pool was treated (or when to stay out of it) The last line was that they didn't bill us for the monthly fee for 1.5 years but then sent us a $5700 bill. Both of us thought the other was paying, but when we went to cancel the service we realized we had not been paying at all. So the office staff is as bad as the customer service.

Don't spend your money on monthly service with this company. The second you have an issue they…read moreblame you. I've been a customer for 2 years and something went wrong with my pool. It turned green, full of algae 4 days after being 'serviced' I gave the owner multiple chances to make it right, but she blamed me for the issues. Like I purposely wanted algae growth in my pool in the middle of summer. This isn't the only issue I've had, there's been multiple over the years but I have been very understanding with staffing issues and people not showing up. I just think when someone is paying al3k a year for maintenance, it's not too much to ask for the company to take care of the issue immediately without an attitude.
