    Staff are useless. Employees act as if they are busy. Service sucks! Avoid if possible. Cant answer simple questions about Aux Cord.

Streetville Motors is a small car lot with two other dealer apart of the same locations. Eli is a young dealer who been there for 6 years now. I work with cars for a living. I'm Happy with my purchase from Eli. Everything Eli said he was going to do, he did and more. It's a small operations that if you give them the time to make your purchase right, they do. I found that Eli only problem is his youth. He try's really hard to make everyone happy and sometimes you miss your target. That's understandable. The cars he sells are mostly off lease or have very low km's on them. I believe you do get great value from him over any other highend used lot. If you are straight to the point with Eli you get everything you want and more. I do see myself doing business for years to come with this young man who gave it his all when it comes to dealing with such a picky customer like I am. So if you don't ask for certain things to happen in your deal, then you can't expect it too happen. Eli did everything I ask and believe me I'm an asshole to deal with when it comes to cars. So way to go Eli for making me happy with my purchase. This is the Real Deal on this location of Highend Used Cars. Eli was the Real Deal for me and I hope he is for you.     This place has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced along with stealing…read morealmost $2000. from me for unauthorized repairs. I will NEVER purchase a Hyundai again! Hyundai Canada was useless. Do not trust these people! They are unrepentant sheisters who should not be in business! Furthermore, when I was trying to get some relief for the problem, I.e. at the very least, seeing the authorized work order, I was lied to and told that it was unavailable because the customer service rep no longer worked there. This was a bald faced lie because a) I never signed a work order-I was there for a warranty recall and b) the customer service rep was now the new service manager. After keeping my car for over two months, they refused to reimburse me for the rental car I was told by the previous service manager that I would be compensated for and on top of that received the bill for almost $2000 of unauthorized work. So I'm out just under $4000. For that price I could almost have had a new engine built. Maybe Nav Bhatia should spend more time at his dealerships making sure they are being run properly and making sure they are not breaking consumer protection laws. I'm sure the Raptors will survive without him!

The person I spoke to, Vivian said that the cost is $160 for diagnostics but if I go ahead and get repairs done, they will waive that amount. I called my mechanic who ran quick diagnostics to discover that there was an airbag malfunction. Given the constant recalls on the make, he recommended I contact Hyundai. So I called Streetsville telling them I have information pertaining to the airbag already but get told that they don't accept diagnostics from an independent mechanic and will need approved dealership diagnostics on the vehicle prior to getting work done. I go ahead and schedule an appointment that I'm told takes two hours. Upon arrival, I'm asked if I want an oil change. No I don't. I tell the guy at the service desk I'm here specifically for my airbag and show him my findings. He says the code tells him nothing. So I end up waiting 3 hours and am first told that four other issues are presenting aside from what I'm there for. The second time around I'm informed the clock spring needs repair. Keep in mind that no repairs are being done here, this is just diagnosing a problem. I called my mechanic to report on the other "issues" that supposedly came up and he guffaws. Even I couldn't believe the nonsense they were trying to sell me, averaging at $1200, not including the almost $600 clock spring. My car is no longer under warranty but I maintain it regularly. Have already done an oil change in recent months, which is evident from the sticker on the vehicle, plus none of the things they mentioned are actually affecting my car, otherwise it would act up and not drive correctly. Plus my mechanic would have said and fixed it! The service guy, Chetan, encourages me to repair those issues and is irate by my suspicions and questions. I tell him, this seems like an upsell and I'm going to get a second opinion to which he responds, get a second opinion but we are doing what's best for the car's safety and have no reason to upsell. I'm not a sales guy. But you should also consider trading your car, it could get around $6000 for its low mileage. You should get them to give you an estimate. At this point I am seriously questioning his intentions and legitimacy. These guys are polite to start but the vulture in them emerges. I explain that I maintain my car and am surprised that they've discovered these "additional issues" when recently had my car serviced. He tells me I'm only saving $200 on a repair job elsewhere and it's not safe for me to drive the car. I ask about waiving the $160 fee after the fact and he responds annoyed, I already told you, it's only $80 if you get work done, which differs from what Vivian said. I didn't even bother to dispute. Having integrity is so important and it seems that these people have none of it. I stood around waiting for my car. Both me and the woman I had met were talking and waiting. The service guys were also standing around chatting in their language and were indifferent to us. Trying to get their attention, one of them said, your cars are outside. This was a clear sign they wanted us out. So when I asked about the location of my car, another said it's not ready yet. Both me and the woman were taken aback. She was told, hers is waiting for her. I was told mine was getting a complimentary wash but when I went to it, my dirty windshield showed otherwise. I honestly didn't care and left.
