I wasn't sure if I wanted to leave this review because of confidentiality, but after reading some…read moreof the other reviews, I feel like I need to share my experience. I started seeing Daniel Burke years ago for something very serious that I needed real help with. At first, I wasn't a fan--I would leave our sessions angry, frustrated, even telling myself I'd never go back. But I always did. And over time, I realized why I was feeling that way: he was challenging me to grow. He pushed me to confront things I had buried for so long, things I didn't want to deal with but desperately needed to. Other therapists either couldn't get me to that place or simply didn't try. I have a lot of deep-rooted trauma that has affected my life and relationships in ways I didn't even realize. But Daniel helped me walk through it. He's not the type of therapist who just sits there, nods, and tells you what you want to hear. He's not there just to make you comfortable or to keep you coming back just to bill insurance. He's there to help you truly heal and grow--even when it's hard. I call him "Dan the Man" because he embodies what a real therapist should be. He's not your friend--he's someone who helps you become a better, stronger version of yourself. Reading some of the negative reviews makes me sad because I know firsthand that growth can be painful. It's possible those people just weren't ready to face their trauma--but that doesn't mean Daniel is a bad therapist. If you're truly ready to do the work, I highly recommend him. He helped change my life.

Respect and self control are very important when dealing with vulnerable and traumatized people. With that being said, I do not recommend this therapist.

I'm so thankful this program was even open considering it was peak COVID days, and let me say: this program saved my life. Not only did it save me then, I'm in group again now that I'm an adult because I had another attempt and was hospitalized for that. It's saving me yet again. Everyone who works there is so kind and wise and really makes the lessons learned stick. Even the other attendees help me so much since I'm not alone. Finally, I just wanna say, if you put the effort in, you can change and make progress. You will get better and heal. You can't do it alone, which is why I recommend aspire 100%, but you gotta help yourself, too. :)

Most all participants are comforted by hugs and readily accept them as they need them as all humans do. Respect for their boundaries is observed. She continuously tries to prescribe medication ,every single month ,that has a known cause for tartive dyskinesia, who wants to experience uncontrollable movements due to their mental health medication, and this tardive dyskinesia is irreversible. however, she still continues to prescribe these things for me.recently she told me she was going to start a forced taper on a medication that I have been taking for years that I have not had any problems with, when I contacted Samantha Gort regarding this. She told me that my psychiatrist did not put this in my chart, that is a no-no,that needs to be charted when you tell your patient you are going to force taper them ,on top of that Samantha made judgment calls about me without even knowing me or my situation. I am going to see a different provider with the organization, but I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated and have lost trust in them. I will update as my treatment continues until I decide not to go there anymore which I have a feeling is where this is going. Update: I just had my appointment with my new psychiatrist and what a world of difference. I feel so relieved and I feel like I finally found someone who cares about people and not just money. He actually spent 10 minutes with me which is much better than what the previous provider did he also assured me that decisions about medication whether it be tapered discontinued or changed would be a decision made between the two of us, which is the opposite of what the previous providers said she was trying to force taper me, if you have to go to psychiatric wellness ask for Jacob Rosales he is the best. I'm changing my rating to five stars because of him.

Note that they don't have immediate appointments, most are two weeks out. Which was a bummer. The lobby wasn't the most luxurious or clean, but I didn't have to wait much longer than 10 minutes so I was fine. I ended up seeing a Nurse Practitioner, which was sort of a bummer too, but she was nice and thorough. In the end none of my medication changed. I do feel like she could have suggested more options. For now it's just fine.

We canceled our next appointment a day before, and a year later we suddenly get a letter asking for a "cancellation fee." When we called, Norma, the person in charge, was unbelievably rude completely unprofessional . She even lied and said we didn't cancel within 24 hours. A year later, how are we supposed to prove something like that? . The whole place feels like a scam. Terrible therapists, awful service you go there to fix your problems, and they somehow dump even more crap on you

I don't show a whole lot of emotions when it comes to my personal life and I don't like to over share since I'm a pretty private person, but when you lose a parent it doesn't really matter how private you are and you don't really care who's looking... your emotions are all over the place. I lost my dad in 2017 and since then it's been really hard for me, but Rene really helped me realize a lot of things that I didn't have control over and I greatly appreciate her advice and her ears. I would definitely refer this place to anyone who was going through a hard time. It's not very easy to talk to anyone about problems, but Rene made me feel secure and safe to talk about my issues. She helped me with what felt heavy inside and it lifted me from my anxiety and stress. She helped me think logically versus what my emotions did not help me see. I'm very happy that my primary care recommended Pine Meadow. Rene is professional, very empathetic and an amazing listener. I never had problems with making appointments, canceling if it was necessary and I never had a long wait. Every time I had visited there was never more than 3 other people in the lobby. They played serene music and it makes you feel relaxed. It's a beautiful office and I would have never known it existed above the Alpine Pastry. It's located at a decent area on Schirra Ct and traffic isn't too bad in that area. The downfall is the parking sometimes, but it's not bad at all.
