They charged an additional $399 "deliver fee", which is not optional and was unexpected, although they say that they " plant it" for free; a bit deceiving since what they mean is that the " labor" is free- we were caught off guard by the up-charge. The manager DID make it right, finally, by reducing the price to offset the " delivery " cost.
