The blonde also told the customer lady behind us that she can ask the other worker to help with her purchase. To me she shouldn't be in retail if you don't want to help customers. All she was doing was fixing clothing. But in all the other lady helped all of us in line quickly and polite I will be talking to the management of this store to.

I approached him first and then the rest of my Family walked up. We all had the same address and I guess since my Daughter is prettier and younger than me, he chose to just ignore me and start talking to her. He said he wanted to help so we would all need to be on one together. He then said my Dad and Daughter could pick up but continued to ignore me and be sarcastic. He made it seem like I could be on one account by myself and they would be on another one. When they walked away he told me that I am not eligible because we live in the same household. I told him to put me on the same account as them and he was very rude and said he couldn't. I am not sure if he did or not. They kept my information confidential and helped me with a lot of resources. I've seen them reach out to homeless and mentor young adults. I've been dealing with Family Assistance for almost 9 yrs. I worked an event for my job here and it was a beautiful facility. They have plenty of security…read moreworking the front office and a large parking lot in front. They have a wall of resource bulletins that guests can grab to take home with them and plenty of seating to wait inside. There's a small table next to a TV playing cartoons for children while their guardians wait. They brought us in to host a booth on the resources we offer to the community so they obviously go above and beyond for the community they serve. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and they definitely make it a positive environment. There is a locked blue mailbox outside front where you can submit child support payments at anytime.
