Cooking some amazing steaks at home. Thank to Meat N Bone
    Sally R.

Great store for the meat eaters!!! I can't believe I haven't posted a review before. I have been ordering from here since they opened up the first store. They have an extensive selection of different steak cuts and grades. They also have pork, sausages, carpaccios of meat and seafood, veal, and more. The process to order is very easy, especially if you live in South Florida. Simply make your order on their website and choose delivery or pickup options. The item details are well explained and photos are available making it even easier to order. They also have other items including wine, ice cream, cheeses, seafood items, and sauces available. You can make a nice dinner with just one stop. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Delivery process is also very effective. They packed everything very nice and safe by including ice packs inside an insulated bag. I believe the bag is reusable so that's a cool souvenir from the guys at Meat N' Bone. They also have a rewards program in which you collect points from every order and can redeem for discounts later. The quality of the meats are superb and the convenience of ordering online and have it delivered to your house is priceless. Their prices are reasonable and delivery is free in the Miami area except for same day option. Cool store!

    Weight

I ordered seven packs of 16 oz meat, but three of them were underweight. You mentioned that a slight margin of error can occur during cutting, and offered a 10% coupon. However, wagyu is already expensive, and I'm very disappointed with what feels like an unreasonable excuse. It's hard to understand how this could happen when the weight should be checked before shipping.

Labor Day weekend, 2022, hosting 50 people, five courses. Of course I had the basics, steak, pork shoulder, specialty blend sliders, chicken skewers, maybe a vegetable - but I'm finding our level of "foody-ness" as a society has set a new bar. So where do we go next? To the internet... of course I think my butcher can get anything, and the restaurant supply warehouse has good provisions... but a simple web search landed me on meatnbone dot com. And I'm glad it did. The site had that 'je ne sais quoi' that I wasn't finding elsewhere. So I tried them out. Started with a simple Wagyu beef rib. The ordering process was cake, and what arrived looked great, cryo-packed - score. A day and a half of dry rub and several hours of low and slow in the smoker later yielded perfection. These became the talk of the party and I wish I had more. Looking forward to trying their butcher box monthly service. I just want to know more about what they offer. Fantastic customer service and website.

Remember when it became uncool to wear fur coats? Yeah, me neither. But seriously, I know it's a thing. Have you ever wanted to showcase your love for meat but never have found the suitable venue to claim as homebase? Well, you've reached your final destination. This is the kinda place you wanna flex your "I know about meat" muscle. I mean, it's really something when you can taste the amount of intent they put behind procuring the proper piece of meat before it's sold. Plus, one of their most noteworthy entrees offered at their next door restaurant is the bone-in ribeye that's dry-aged in Diplomático rum surely worth a visit from your affluent palate. I certainly rate this establishment as a top-notch spot to buy premium meats. Even the jarred truffle cheese encapsulated in fine herb-immersed oil exceeds the standards previously set by others. This is the kinda place that vegan nightmares come from and im all for it. They offer the finest cuts of beef sourced from reputable farms who make sure their cows are fed a nutritious diet free of harmful steroids and toxic feed making every morsel of their beef pure in taste. Aside from the meat, they also sell plenty of grilling accessories and accoutrements to serve alongside. Truly, this place is leading the competition by sticking to quality before quantity. I've sent several people here and they have all returned to me with compliments on how delicious their cuts are. Aside from being one of the best specialty meat markets in the area, they also offer great customer service which is incredibly important.

    Filet Mignon bowl to go

I came to try the place as I live nearby and was looking for a good meat place. I have now ordered the bowls twice for pick up and have been very good. The meat was tender, the flavor was tasty and cooked to the term I ordered. The bowls come with rice or quinoa and greens. I gladly see they also include avocado slices! As for the size it might not look as much but it is indeed enough satisfying.

Their web said the sides come frozen but they don't have it.

We visited the Wagyu Bar a few weeks ago and felt in love with a few diches so I decided to drive down 30 min to pick up a few sides to eat later at home. When I asked the young lady at the register for a Benton's Bacon Mac & Cheese and Steakhouse Creamy Spinach to go she seemed a bit confused and told me that that was at the restaurant not in here. Then someone overheard the conversation and said that yes, they could place that order and I can take it home... So I also wanted a pint of the most incredible Ice-cream in the planet, The Highland Truffle Ice Cream | Infused with Single Malt Scotch, sadly they were sold out... So I change to a different one base on her suggestions, but I had already try 3 different ones before and none of them came close to the one I wanted. I placed the order for the 3 items and was told to wait 20-30min which was odd since the website said they sell those sides frozen to be bake at home, I pushed her on that and she said they don't sell them frozen. See my screenshot of their website. Then when I finally got home and prepared my meal I realized that the Benton's Bacon Mac & Cheese was not near to the quality it had the time before when eating at the restaurant, the Steakhouse Creamy Spinach was okay and the alternative Ice cream was good but not great. My conclusion is that the personal working there probably don't know how the whole thing works or they changed the "menu" without updating the website. I must said they were very friendly and I wish they step up big time the quality of the Benton's Bacon Mac & Cheese...

Japanese A5 wagyu nothing beats this filet mignon
    Jon D.

Hi quality steaks and seafood! You must try the a5 Miyazaki wagyu filet mignon, it's not like the typical filet you're used to it's got a ton of marbling and it literally melts in your mouth, way better than any steak I've ever had at any steakhouse, and trust me I've tried them all! Fire up that cast iron and cook for two minutes on each side until internal temp is 120 then let it sit for at least 5 min. Don't be deterred by the price, the filet mignon I'm referring to is $140! It seems expensive because it is but as soon as you try it you'll know it's a great deal and you won't regret it! I've tried them once for the seafood but the steak is the main thing to get from here. One thing that is annoying is sometimes you'll place an order to find out later by a phone call that they're out of stock so just keep that in mind, the website doesn't always reflect what they have. Happens maybe 25% of the time.

Had a problem with delivery package. The styrofoam box had cracked during delivery and so the dry ice didn't keep it frozen or below 40 degrees. I sent them pics and told them i threw away all the meats because i did not trust the temps of the meat. They gave me $.01 cent credit. Not very good service on their part. Very disappointing they would not back up their service. also i had paid $2.99 protection plan. Sucks that companies hold up their end.

    Denver Steak Wagyu
    Tim C.

I've ordered from this local butcher about 3-4 times already, and I am super satisfied every time. They have my favorite cut of steak, the hangar steak, to new cuts i've never tried before like Denver steak, spider steak, and more. Their flat iron is also of great quality. The steaks either come to you either recently packaged and refrigerated or previously flash frozen within the past 2 weeks. The steaks have always thawed well, cooked well, and even if the color turned a bit grey outside because of myoglobin, the steaks were fresh on the inside, and cooked well. They sell other wild game meats for me to try as well, and while some were not my favorite, the meats were always fresh. I'm happy to have found a local butcher that also delivers to miami are for free, and their pricing is unbeatable. Try buying a ribeye or filet at trader joes, whole foods, or publix, and you get more expensive and less quality. Those places dont ever have the special cuts i want either. So i'm a happy customer! Attached is a picture of the denver steak i cooked :)

Excellent experience ordering for delivery! Ordered online - they were sold out of the size in two items I ordered but Eric contacted me immediately to resolve the order and even offered a discount. The quality of the meat was unmatched - as an avid meat eater and someone that has ordered from many online shops, this was the best! Delivery was seamless and next day. Will be purchasing again and again!

The churrasco, the ribeye, the chicken breast, the chorizo... all of it has been stellar. I have never had a single issue with ordering, or picking up. As a matter of fact, even when I have made errors when placing my order, they are quick to resolve my issue and help me out. I placed an order for delivery for what I presume to be one of their busiest days (New Year's Eve). I needed to change the order to pickup and change the date of pickup from the 31st to the 30th. They made the changes for me without issue, or grievance. Personally, raw meat gives me the major ick. My OCD goes into panic mode when I have to handle the meat. I even use gloves (wish I didn't, but maybe I'll work on that in therapy). Point of the matter is that I have gone to several butcher shops in town in an effort to find better quality meat. They have all grossed me out. Josh's is pristinely clean. I feel zero anxiety walking in, or out with meat. Whenever you go pickup in store, Josh's mom, or dad are at the register. It makes me so happy to know I am supporting a small Miami family business. I love this place so much that not only do I frequently purchase their meat for my family, we give out gift cards constantly because I can trust that the recipient will have an unforgettable experience as well. You can't go wrong with this place. Truly, the meat and experience is worth every penny.

He and my dad instantly bonded over being Costa Rican, and it made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. The only disappointment was dessert. The pavlova sounded much more exciting than it actually was. It was overwhelmingly sweet, and everything on the plate (the vanilla ice cream, vanilla pavlova, and vanilla whipped cream) had nearly the same flavor, color, and texture. It ended up feeling very one-note and lacked the contrast and freshness that makes a great pavlova memorable. Overall, I'll keep coming back again and again. The food is excellent, the service is warm, and it's just as perfect for watching a match as it is for a great meal. Skip the pavlova, but absolutely don't skip this place.
