The staff here are always super friendly, happy to provide recommendations and have you try all the products. There's loads of testers for body oils, lotions, room sprays and other smelly things. I love that everything is based on essential oils, so you don't have to worry about stinky chemicals or irritants. I love using essential oils in my vaporiser at home to help keep myself focussed during the day, or relaxed in the evening. As much as I love candles, they sometimes let off smelly fumes and smoke and I often forget to blow them out. The vaporisers that they sell at Perfect Potion are really lovely, with different finishes to suit different home decor, plus the added benefit of having timers built in which means you don't need to worry about turning them off when you go to bed or leave the house.

I explained to my daughter it was the principle of it all to me and that the Louis Vuitton Australia store did not deserve my money because they obviously did not want or think I was a viable sale. I have purchase 4 bags from Hawaii to California to Oregon, but I guess being black in Australia I was not deemed fit to be served. Louis Vuitton do better!

Well, I'm still interested now but my tastes have changed a little. The Body Shop is a fantastic brand with some great policies. It has a message and throws its support behind some really important causes like fair trade, and it's against animal testing. The sales assistants are flawless, I have never been disappointed or felt ignored and I'm always impressed with the friendly atmosphere and the sales assistants knowledge of products. The Bridge Road store is the outlet and stocks the products at reduced prices, so you can get moisturisers, makeup, fragrances and soap for really reasonable prices -there are even items that come down below the $15 mark. The Bridge Road store is perfect if your in need of a gift (The Body Shop does some beautiful gift wrapping too), or want to buy in bulk.

Well I worked up my courage and had a bit of a browse a few weeks ago, to discover that the customer service in this place is AMAZING. These guys are here to make sure you get the right products, for you. They ask a few polite questions, give you some options, and then you walk out with your first purchase... only to come back once a week ever since. I think I might be a little obsessed actually, and am fast considering turning everything in my bathroom into a product of theirs. I feel like I'm being kind to the environment, kind to myself, and purchasing something even my sister would endorse (she's vegan). Keep up the good work!!

A disappointing and stressful way to shop…read more This is the third visit I've taken to the MOR outlet in out-of-the-way Altona North because I truly love the MOR brand. It's elegantly packaged, heavily perfumed and ticks all the boxes (Australia, Cruelty free, Doesn't give me a rash). So with the many MOR products I accidentally find myself buying - my body will be buttered for the next 50 years at this rate - why wouldn't I visit a FACTORY SALE! My first visit was amazing - the large warehouse was opened up with thousands of different products lined up neatly on wooden pallets and crates. There were plenty of products to go around and plenty of room to navigate the many other women hunting a bargain. Prices were surprising low and a few of my favourite discontinued items we there! Joy! I left with a box. Flash forward to the latest visit and the warehouse is closed, with just a small, nicely appointed shop open for trade. The shop is cute and the stock is neatly set out, but the middle of the floor holds a low pallet with more stock with a small square in which to navigate around. First problem. There are a few dozen other people cramming into this tiny space, grabbing and jostling making it a highly unpleasant experience. I'm immediately kicked by a toddler in a carry-backpack-thing, shoved by a women trying to grab the last of whatever was next to me, heaven forbid I get in her big, fat way and rudely told by some tag-along husband to "get in line", which there is no line and I am not buying anything. I stumble to the exit, get in the car and tell my husband to get me out of there. I buy nothing. I'm actually not sad about the fact I bought nothing - the prices are the same than the retail outlet in DFO, which has much more stock than this outlet seemed to. I went fairly early in the day too, so I don't think I missed the best of the bunch. So why then would I recommend this factory outlet? I wouldn't. Maybe if you lived on the street behind the outlet, walk over and take a look, but don't bother if you have to travel only to be disappointed. The prices are the same as Cosmetics Fragrance Direct at any DFO and it's a stressful experience you don't need. I won't bother going back to another MOR outlet sale ever and I can't suggest you do either.

Located on Mount Dandenong Tourist Road in Sassafras, it is easy to miss the small shop tucked up just a few doors down from the well-known Miss Marples Tea Room, but I implore you to persist in finding it! I was one of those annoying customers who turns up right as the shop is just opening but the lady manning the store (how's that for a pun) was lovely and welcomed me in anyway. The store itself was beautiful and it was all I could do not to buy everything in sight. Delicious fruity fragrances came from every direction but were by no means overwhelming - it was just the right mix. Almost every product carefully lined up on polished wooden shelves had a tester open and by the time I left my hands were moisturized, my wrists perfumed and my nose smelt out. It was fantastic. Amongst the delicate table decorations I found my favourite item, which was a very simple, but no less wonderful, summer strawberry soap bar at just $2.50. Can't you just feel sunshine when you read that label? No? Maybe you need to smell it for yourself. The store is open from 10-5 every day of the week although sometimes they will stay open until 5.30 depending on how busy it is.
