He responded that all are trained to find needles (apparently not- I had only been there 7 times in a month). Gross. Hope someone doesn't get really sick from there. Edited to add- notice how the owner is not saying that the needles weren't found. I'm not comfortable with saying they will increase sweeps (which he didn't say) he said they were all trained to find the needles (which clearly they aren't). I do hope training and awareness increases for the safety of the other patients - it just won't be me.

My personal experience with Jim was very subpar, his technique was okay - spinal adjustment was like a basic one you'd get with any Physical Therapist, nothing personalized to my pain or needs, just simple neck and back adjustment. The worst part is dude likes to blubber about politics A LOT, the bigot likes to make borderline racist remarks on other cultural groups. Come on, you run a business to serve diverse clientele who pays you a lot of money for it, this is disturbingly unprofessional

Dr. Curtis is the best out there. He is the most kindest doctor I have ever met. He truly cares and I can't say that anymore about any doctor I have seen. He is thorough. He takes his time to check everything, sending me for tests before he just randomly diagnoses me. In 10 years he has NEVER ever said, sorry, can't help. He has helped me through a lot of pain and agony I can't say enough about Dr. Curtis or his wonderful staff. I prefer him to my regular internist who, I will only see only if I have too.
