When I contacted them (Kim) she told me I shouldn't have given the driver my debit card, (which I did not) and they will not refund my money. I will not do any further business with this company and suggest that any one reading this review use caution when searching for a cab/taxi service in Charleston, SC. When I returned from vacation two weeks later, the refund had not yet processed, so I emailed Kenny at his company email. Mailtrack (an app for Gmail) indicated that Kenny read the email within the hour. No response. I sent another email the next day. Kenny read it within the hour. No response.
