I created a registry online for a bridal shower but with limited options online (which I have no problem with), I thought it would be beneficial for me to go in person to add items or at least create a list of recommended items to facilitate the gift-buying process for my guests. When I went into the store, one of the women at the register could not have seemed more displeased or bothered to be helping me. She was irritated that I had created an online registry in the first place and that I was in on a Saturday without an appointment. I reiterated that the intent of my visit was simply to add a few items, not to choose China and table placements (which of course would take much more of their time and attention). Neither women offered to help me (they weren't helping anyone else) but told me to just come back on Monday and to call the girl who is in charge of registries. I left completely amazed at the clear lack of interest to help me (or at least attempt to be nice and apologetic for not being able to help me), the rudeness, and the absolutely poor customer service. Madison has the cutest things (hence why I was going to register there) but unfortunately, because of this experience, will be very hesitant to return.

On the sale side working with Evan, I loved the quick communication over text and the detailed invoices to review. He was always available for my questions or change updates. My only issue was there was no actual signed contract for our big project. This made my husband and I uneasy at times, but Living Modern has an amazing showroom that is not going anywhere anytime soon. Purchased the Chloe Velvet Coverlet, Chloe King Comfortlet, (2) Chloe King Luxe European pillows,…read more(2) Moderne Standard shams, and a Silver Fur rectangle decorative pillow. The only things that hasn't faded is the Silver Fur rectangle pillow. I spent around $3K for this collection in 2021. I only use bedding for display and remove nightly. The bedding has never been slept on. I've reached out to Lili Alessandra the first time via phone on 8/8/25. I was asked to email photos of bedding which I did. I was suppose to receive a follow up call to discuss a resolution on 8/10/25. Also was told samples of similar colors would be mailed for me to look at. I was told the color I have was discontinued due to issues with fading in areas. I was told to try a product called Magic wrinkle release saltless and I can find it at HEB. I didn't try the product due to not wanting to cause additional fading or damage then what I've already experienced. I wrote a review on Lili Alessandra website after no response from designer on 9/20/25 which goes directly to designer for review prior to being posted. And of course my review was never posted nor was the photos I attached of bedding showing all of the fading and discoloration. I tried posting the review again on 10/20/25 and Lili Alessandra blocked it from being posted for the second time. After extensive research I can't find any negative reviews about Lili Alessandra high-end bedding. I've come to the conclusion that it's because the website will not allow any unfavorable reviews to be posted. Lastly, I reached out the high-end bedding boutique called Linen Boutique in Dallas, Texas where I ordered the Lili Alessandra collection, and I've been unsuccessful in receiving a call back after spending around $3k on bedding I only use for display on my bed. Be aware when purchasing from Lili Alessandra and always question why you can't find any reviews on the website regarding any of the bedding.
