Wow! I walk in at 1 pm after having trouble finding a parking place and .... Like a ton of bricks a wall of laughing,talking people hits me. Then I remember,this place has a cafe. I think 15 years ago it was a tearoom and dead on arrival. Not anymore. I peaked around the corner to see what's the deal Lucille and see about 50 people having lunch. Obviously, someone has engineered a successful restaurant in here I came here trying to find someone interested in buying things I have for sale. It is exactly the type place I needed to be. A nicely currated group of " booths" with ,No Junk! That's right,this place is not a waste of time but a legit source of vintage/ antique collectables. Including furniture,figurines,lamps,mink coats,silver items etc etc. I did infact find a dealer that made me an offer on my stuff and a couple of more to contact about my other stuff. It's hard to sell things these days as interest has wained in with the younger generation. Had lunch with a friend to celebrate our birthdays and big was this place a treat. Tucked away in the back of an antique mall there is a quaint restaurant with a delicious menu full of tasty options. Staff was absolutely the kindest. The food was delicious. A little on the expensive side but don't let that deter you, it's well worth the treat!! Your taste buds will thank you. read more

Thursday was an excellent day for some shopping therapy! I adore shopping here, cause I love vintage & antiques! It's always my happy place to see items you have decorated your home with go up in value. Today I purchased from 2 lovely booths that carried my Love Language...Blue & White, cause you see, that's my blood type. The first booth did not have a name, but it was 3 Ladies who were shushing up their booth, one name I did catch was Donna Day. The other booth was Ranch House Blooms. We came in here so excited to look at the beautiful antiques! As soon as we came in, my husband touched a handle on a clock to simply see if the door was functional. A woman who did not even work here approached us aggressively and began lecturing my husband about not touching items. Mind you, she did NOT work there and there was no sign on anything clarifying. We are also grown adults that handle antiques with care. I asked her to mind her business as she didn't work there and was being very rude. She proceeded to get the owner and "sic" him on us. From there, I apologized to the owner for the UNNECESSARY drama and told him I understood and would never mishandle an antique. We are adults who are older than we look. We happen to own multiple antique clocks and maintain them ourselves. She proceeded to call me an "idiot" as they stormed off. HORRIBLE and disgusting experience. I am so disappointed as I'd been wanting to come here for weeks. To clarify, the owner of this area was kind and later we approached him again apologizing once more for this woman's disgusting behavior. He proceeded to tell us about his amazing clock selection. He was not the issue. Sadly this experience tainted our visit and we quickly left defeated and disgusted by this other dealer (??) who acted completely inappropriately and out of line. read more

What a wonderful antique mall brought some friends from out of town to their tea room for lunch. After lunch we shopped the over 200 vendors for over 5 hours. So many items to choose from with great prices and selection. Ron one of the sales staff was so helpful in our selection. Store is outstanding. Was there about 20 (I think more) years ago. On Tuesday Sep 23 was looking for nice, not Chinese (with all respect to my Chinese Ladies) coffee cup (my ugly (not Chinese) lady brock one of mine). But in store were only 6 or 12 sets ( with saucer, which I don't need). But how ever I was walking around Store like in museum. It's not that great as Hermitage in Leningrad.. but for Dallas is good enough. Had to ask employee to help finding exit. Store is OUTSTANDING. Will visit again. read more

If you are visiting Plano Texas (as I was) and you are a person who enjoys hunting for hidden treasures; a relaxing atmosphere and a delicious meal then this is place for you. I found vendor shops stocked with variety (rings to dining hutches) and value. The aisles are named after streets in London so that was a fun extra (called to the wondering traveler in me). I bought a couple of rings and a colorful alpaca (artisan) scarf at one of the clothing boutique stalls. A little bit of everything then the best feature was the vintage decor cafe/tea room. I was not hungry but didn't want to miss experience of enjoying the atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised to have an excellent bowl of soup and lemonade. A perfect place for meeting others for lunch then shopping. A must go if you are in Plano and enjoy "old world" experiences. Only negative being that since the mall has over 300 vendors; that are mainly unstaffed, it can be time consuming to get a service for items in cases. You need to find a staff member; who looks for cabinet number you want opened ; then walks back to front desk to get keys and returns to open case. With interactive phone apps being what they are these days - a better approach could be applied. Luckily I only asked for two cases to be opened but I could imagine the frustration so actually did not pursue examining more locked case items since I didn't want to wait for help. read more

Tons of items, you could easily spend hours here strolling up the aisles. Staff is kind. A little expensive, I haven't walked out with anything because it all seems a bit overpriced. But I'll still keep coming back just in case I stumble upon something I have to have. I really want to try the Tea Room inside one day. read more

This is an upscale place with most items in well lit glass cases. The aisles are a bit narrow as they wind around. The restroom was older but well taken care of and clean. The employees were friendly and not pushy. read more

This antique shop has wonderful items and is very well organized, unfortunately I did have a bad experience regarding the service I received. I am person of color so that may have been the reason why I was treated this way. I noticed that while I was looking at jewelry right next to the checkout section, one of the employees kept staring at me, but I was never offered any help or assistance. I also noticed how they were treating their white customers compared to how they treated me when I went to go checkout. They are currently having a promotion where if you spend $100 or more, you get a box of chocolates, I happen to spend $254, but was not offered the box of chocolates at all. Now, I'm not mad at the fact that I didn't get my chocolates, more so I am mad at the fact that I wasn't even offered it or given the same kind service white customers were receiving. I am definitely disappointed , but not surprised as I have received similar treatment at other antique stores. I went here today and they had some amazing art nouveau pieces. I bought an art nouveau REVIVAL frame from the 70s that was sold to me as a true victorian art nouveau piece. I was charged $60 for a frame that has multiple listings of its online for $25-$30. I called to ask if I could return or exchange it, and was told it was literally my fault for not researching it before buying(which should be the sellers responsibility). I read the other reviews on Google and this has happened to more than one customer. Good selection but make sure you look up all your items before purchasing. read more

High Street - High Prices. Get on Ebay first before buying anything. Prices are often 30%-60% less then in store. Just watch out for Ebay shipping fees... How did I miss coming here! I love antique shops! I had no idea that there is a beautiful tea room located to the side. Not sure what the cafe hours are but there is lots of space to sit and enjoy a meal. I noticed several white haired classy ladies enjoying conversation as they enjoyed their meal. I think I stumbled upon a gem for my next girls day out venture. Lots of booths throughout this mall area. Each row even has its own street name to mark the aisles. Noticed that there are oodles of great deals at the varies booths. You just need a good eye! There really are some awesome deals to be had at this clean and well organized "mall". I found all sorts of treasures I would love to have. This place is a treasure trove of deals. The purses were sweet in one of the booths! There is a plethora of items to suit even the most difficult shopper! I rushed through only because my time was limited that day. The next time I will set a few hours aside so I can really look. Review is entirely based on customer service over the phone. I called, woman answered, I said hello, introduced myself and said I didn't catch your name. She responded "I didn't give it". I asked to speak to owner. "He isn't here" . Ok is the manager onsite. " I am the assistant manager". Ok. All answers were short and rude. I understand before being passed along to a owner of a business a call should be vetted but that can be done respectfully, ESPECIALLY by a manager. This is actually a little strange, but they have an upscale tea room in this place! You should see all the ladies there dressed to the nines. It felt kind of weird dodging servers while browsing through collectibles. The place is big but well laid out. As with any such place, some prices are good, and some are full on retail. What a fun discovery! I was on my way back home from the dentist and I thought I would treat myself to lunch. Using Yelp - I just happened on the place I would go to for lunch AND use it as an excuse to shop antiques! Tearoom first; Walk in and turn a hard left. Follow the walk until you reach the "Tearoom". The day I went there was a large single seniors gathering from an area church. So sweet. I was greeted and seated quickly, got an iced tea while choosing my food. As you would expect there are not a ton of menu items but I felt like I had great options. I got their fresh made chicken salad on a croissant. I'm picky about this category of food and I was not disappointed. My waitress was very kind, and there were check backs at my table by another staff member as well. Antiques; There are some good deals IF you have time to hunt! It's a huge place with many many vendors. They have the isles named like streets with over hanging signs. Smart move on someone's part! If you're into older stuff like what the guys on "American Pickers" seek then you will definitely like this place. They have a bunch of I guess all you could call booths or you could say different vendors that sell a whole bunch of different stuff. There's several vendors here that sell military stuff like older military stuff you know. They sell furniture, stuff you can put on the wall almost if you can play some cables to decorate, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I would say take a look at the pictures that people have taken while shopping that'll give you a good idea of the wide variety of stuff they have here. read more

Most favorite antique store in town. Many big furniture collections. The restaurant inside is also awesome!

We finally got a chance to come visit High Street Antiques. It was huge! We didn't get a chance to eat in their cafe but next time we will. Some of the "antiques" look to be old and of value but they are remakes and not of any value. So make sure you know what you are looking for. But more often than not everything in here is a gem! Definitely plan on going back. They also offer a layaway program which I thought was pretty cool. read more

Covid Review: First let me say that the servers in the Chocolate Angel tea room are fantastic! The food is super delicious and they always wear masks. 5 stars for the tea room only. However, the complete lack of mask-wearing by the dealers in this mall (who are wandering around all day talking) and also by the staff behind the counter is mind-boggling. The few staff members who do wear masks have open plastic things that only cover their bottom chins and not their mouths or noses. I wish I didn't have to walk through this mall to get to the lovely tea room. read more

Be aware that likely any jewelry bought here is over priced and not what it says. LOVE. this place is amazing. i'm normally not one to like antiques. yes, few things here and there are fine but i'm not into grandma's house style. i've always been a modern home lover even before it was "en vogue". our house we purchased tho 30 years old, was designed with the principles of mid century modern and so our furnishings of course come from the same principles. but the problem with modernism like any other esthetic, it's easy for it to become overwhelming. if you go completely one directional, there is no balance. that's where high street comes in. i wanted to get a few accent pieces to off set all the modern decor. high street is a treasure hunter's dream. thanks to a new, dear friend who introduced me to this gem, i found 2 incredibly beautiful prints from 1900 for our half bath and some beautiful raw wood bowls to accent our kitchen for 40 bucks a piece. in california, these bowls would easily cost well over 300. not only that, i found the most awesome bad ass snake necklace that i was assuming would be around 3 to 400 but was 130 and then discounted to 60 bucks because of the holiday weekend. SCORE. you can spend hours here, which we did. then end your hunt by having a nice warm cup of tea and cakes in there lovely tea room. ugh! just LOVE. read more

Do not shop here unless you enjoy being harassed/insulted by staff for wearing a mask. I was in the store for 20 minutes and within that time I was randomly approached by 3 different staff members and told "you know you don't have to wear a mask in here" one even said "in fact most people don't" insinuating that It was abnormal for me to be wearing one. No "hello" or "welcome" here, only staff going out of their way to make side comments about my mask. I do not enjoy being made to feel dumb for my safety choice. I have a degree in nursing and I'm taking care of a sick parent at home, I know the risks. I did not observe a single staff member wearing a mask, and no other safety measures being taken, shop at your own risk. read more

Mostly antiques, some cute stuff that's new, but has an antique feel to it--like me. It's like a mini trip to Canton but with air conditioning and heating. I bought a few things and talked myself out of some things for which I now have non-buyers regret. I wanted the dang fox stole. It didn't have a head on it, which kinda creeps me out. And I can't help it, I love vintage fur. I'm not creating supply and demand with the vintage--do not judge me. Either way, I found a lot of stuff I liked. I found some stuff I bought and I had a ton of fun snooping through all the stalls. Lots of vendors on site too. Very helpful folks, those vendors. I will go here again, probably this weekend. This hands down is my favorite antique store. I have yet to find another one like it! I got my first antique dining room table from here for a wonderful price!
