Dr Popykin does not hesitate to refer you to the best specialists that he knows of. Those that I have been referred to are: Dr Mark Chastain, skin specialist; Dr Brion Lock, lung specialist; Dr Suku George, gastroenterology; Dr Howard Borger, ophthalmology; and Dr Robert Halpern, retinopathy. Please think twice before seeing this office. You might think you have an appt with Dr Chacko but you are lucky if you see him in the building, you will most certainly only talk to a NP who are not helpful and extremely rude.
