They have been our rock during an incredibly complex health journey with an elderly, Spanish-speaking woman who had felt lost in the healthcare system. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond have made all the difference for our family. From compassionate words to providing helpful resources, they have supported us every step of the way in helping stabilize my mother-in-law's care. We are deeply grateful to have them as our family's medical team. Their kindness has meant more to us than words can express.

She gave me my paperwork and said they would get me back as soon as they could! All with a caring wonderful attitude. So i got there around 4:00 an it was busy but not bad. I knew I would have a little wait but didn't really mind. I finally got back about an hour or less which again was fine. The nurse was very nice and greeted me with Hello how are you doing to today. So far everyone has been amazing. The. The dr came in an I explained all my symptoms. She did a thorough exam. An then explain to me exactly what I needed and called in my prescriptions. She was an absolute delight. Then as I was checking out to pay for my shot an the receptionist was as so very nice. I wish I could remember all their names as they deserve all the kudos as well. I have to say this is probably one of the best urgent cares I have been too. Everyone is nice and caring and it was so worth the wait! If you also look them up on google you can you can see the hours that our busy and not so busy. I will definitely be making this my go to urgent care a for me it's about 40min away for me but well worth it!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Very disappointing experience…read more We had a very bad experience during our visit today. After checking in, we waited in the lobby for several minutes before staff called us into an exam room, where a male provider and a nurse were present. The provider asked questions, and we answered them. My child's symptoms were clearly visible on her face (a rash). I even asked whether antibiotics might be needed. No explanation was given, and we were sent to another room. After waiting more than an hour with no one checking on us, I pressed the nurse call button and asked what was going on and what we were waiting for. Later, another staff member came in, examined my child, and said she would prescribe an antibiotic. At that point, I was already frustrated by the long wait and asked, "Why wasn't this done in the first place, and why were we waiting so long?" Instead of apologizing or providing a professional explanation, she responded very rudely, saying: "He wasn't a doctor; he was a nurse and cannot prescribe medication. I am the doctor, and we have a lot of patients." However, this statement was not true. According to the visit documentation: * Justin Nippert, DO, is a licensed physician (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). * Jessica Rachael Holder, APRN, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. This means the male provider present earlier was in fact the doctor, and the person who spoke to me later was not a doctor. I also recall that Dr. Nippert prescribed medication for my other child during a previous visit several months ago. To make matters worse, when I went to the pharmacy, one of the prescribed medications was not covered by our insurance. Instead of waiting for the pharmacy to contact the provider and request a substitute, I had to pay out of pocket to avoid further delays in my child's treatment. Being given incorrect information, spoken to rudely, left waiting without communication, and placed in a situation that caused unnecessary out-of-pocket expense is unacceptable. Due to this experience and the lack of professionalism, I do not want this provider to treat my family again.

He listened to my concerns attentively and promptly addressed the most important one--ensuring that my prescription was filled. He also assured me that my other concerns would be addressed. I appreciate that he reached out personally and quickly, rather than responding with a generic message. He was professional and apologetic about my experience at the facility, which I truly value.

Self Pay I first…read morechose Doctors Urgent Care because of its consistent five-star reviews. Each visit has been efficient, with wait times usually around 20 to 30 minutes or less. In today's horrific healthcare environment, prompt service and being treated with respect is scarce, which makes experiences and businesses like this stand out. I have now seen several of the rotating Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, and every one of them has been warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I don't know how many they have on staff but they seem to have enough to serve everybody who comes in and very promptly as well. Overall bedside manner is warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping you. I never feel rushed through an appointment. My most recent visit involved what I believed was an ear infection, but it turned out to be more of an ear pH imbalance and irritation issue rather than anything severe. It is the kind of condition that can often be treated with simple over-the-counter remedies, yet it still helps to have a qualified medical provider evaluate it properly and point you in the right direction. Obviously, urgent care does not replace having a primary care physician. However, if you have no health insurance, very often you do not have a primary care physician either. That is the reality for millions of people who are unemployed, between jobs, self-employed, or simply not earning enough to absorb the monthly cost of a health plan. In the age of AI and economic disruption, more people are slipping through the cracks of healthcare than many care to admit. I do not currently make enough money to comfortably carry a monthly insurance plan, and I am not old enough for the next chapter of life, which is the Medicare age. Until then, clinics like Doctors Urgent Care provide an important bridge with reasonable self-pay pricing and accessible care. In a healthcare system wrought with obsessively high insurance costs and pharmaceutical companies earning billions each year while many Americans struggle to afford the basic necessities of life... this business is genuinely helping to fill an important gap for many people, which is why those five-star reviews continue.

You can either schedule online or walk in and you generally do not have to wait more than 20 minutes and often less. You are really never in the office for more than 30-40 minutes and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Dr's and nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable, caring and they give you the care that you deserve. You often will get a follow up call either the next day or the day after to see if you are doing better. I will very often come here if I have a health issue that needs immediate attention instead of waiting for an appointment with my primary care physician that would often take some time to get. I highly recommend Dr's Urgent Care!

I recommend this office for your health care needs. Over the years I have seen many of the same…read morestaff (receptionists, nurses, doctors, etc) which is indicative of a good work atmosphere: If it was a bad place they would seek employment elsewhere; it's easy to find a job in the medical field. That's not just what this family practice is about though. Their teamwork shows when they take on a room for of sick/injured residents and remain professional, and get them treated. This office is also a walk in clinic, because some times you need medical assistance without the costs of visiting the emergency room. My doctor has always taken time to listen to my health concerns, and then gave his professional advice and options. I have no doubt you will experience the same treatment. This will continue to be my place to ensure my health; you'd do well to do the same.

I received a patient satisfaction survey and provided honest feedback regarding my visit…read moreexperience. It said don't provide personal details and that it would be anonymous, I chose the option to only write to the practice and not do a public review (at that time). The next day I was informed by a lady named Kristin claiming to be the practice owner, that I would no longer be a patient because the practice felt it was "not a good fit." My feedback was not directed at my physician (and I even complimented HER) && I greatly appreciated Kelley over the past 3+ years, but rather it was about the patient experience before that. As a patient, I found it concerning that my feedback (which was stated would be anonymous) resulted in her calling and yelling at me all emotionally unhinged (literally) and then dismissal from the practice. I believe patients should be able to provide constructive feedback without fear of losing access to their provider. Losing access to a physician I trusted after over three years of care felt and obviously was retaliatory. And as I do these reviews I see this is not an isolated incident and Kristen seriously needs some coaching or to find a job she can handle more professionally. Some people obviously cannot take criticism but nobody's perfect. A real conversation and apology would have went a long way. I am posting this and hoping the right person sees it so she can stop treating patients with so much disrespect, just because you married the owner doesn't mean you can talk to people sideways, yell & scream & hang up & disrespect clients. She's obviously on a "power trip" and if the actual owner thinks this is okay and it allows this to continue, he will loose many more good customers and workers all because of her immaturity.

I was spending my birthday week in Palm Coast, FL, 6/20-6/28/26…read more On 6/23/26, my husband took me to Medquick because, Monday, 6/22, we had dinner in Palm Coast. We were seated at a high top table and bench seat. When we got ready to leave, I stepped down off the bench and turned my left ankle. I heard it POP!! We went to the condo and I iced my ankle and then soaked my left foot in the tub with ice . I could not put any weight on my left foot! Tuesday morning, My foot/ankle felt numb and the bottom & side of my foot hurt and was swollen. We got to promptcare at 10am. The doctor had the technician do x-rays of my left ankle and foot. The doctor said it'd take the radiologist at at least another hour to read the x-rays, she hated for for me to wait any longer. She wrapped my ankle / foot with an ace bandage, then fitted me for a boot to wear. It was very cumbersome ! She said, they would call me later today with the results of the x-rays, whether my ankle was broken or not. At 3:15pm, Medquick called, she said, the radiologist said, I fractured my ankle(avulion fracture). She said, I needed to wrap my ankle at night to sleep in and wear the boot during the day for at least 6 weeks. She said, once we got home to follow up with my orthopedic surgeon. I had my orthopedic appt., Tues., 6/30/26. They did x-rays of my ankle. My orthopedic doctor said, he didn't see where it was fractured but wants me to wear an ankle brace and go back in 2 weeks for more x-rays to make sure there's not a hair-line fracture. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! How can the radiologist from Palm Coast, FL, Medquick, read the x-rays and say that I have an avulion fracture and my orthopedic surgeon do x-rays and there's NO fracture? It's not going to heal in a week! Wed., 7/1/26- My husband called Medquick this morning to see if they would transfer my x-rays of my ankle and foot to a disk and send them to us? He was told, NO! We would have to go and pick them up at the Medquick. He told them that was out of the question? We are 6 hours away. He ask is they could take a picture of the text x-rays and send that to him? They said NO, the only way they could be released was for us to go to the office and pick them up! Asinine!
