4 Stars for care providers, only because they DON'T LISTEN 3…read moreStars overall, rapidly lowering to 1 0 Stars for off-shore billing department on the other side of Planet Earth, which is either CORRUPT or INCOMPETENT. Long and incredibly frustrating story: Ever since St Vincent's (owned and operated by the Catholic Church) decided to OFF SHORE all billing/insurance functions to Pakistan (or wherever), I get DOUBLE BILLED for co-pays. Twice, trying to deal with people in Pakistan (or wherever) over the phone, I was required to "provide proof" that I paid in the office. Even though I paid with my debit card, in the office, and proved it (not my job when bank transactions are instant and traceable), they sent me a REFUND check. I tore the first check up because they (Pakistan Billing LLC) didn't owe me. 2nd time they sent me a refund, I deposited it. They did not ask for that $ back. I visited again for a flu test, SAME EXACT thing all over again. I sent a 2 detailed messages with attached screen shots of the double bill side-by-side with the debit from my bank to Dr. Chaput via the "portal." All he (and Jessica last time) did was FORWARD my detailed explanation to Pakistan Billing LLC. OK, I'm reporting recurring problems with their offshore billing department but all anyone HERE IN THE USA DOES is send my complaint about double billing to the offshore double billing department. Can any reasonable human understand the issue? I'm shopping for an a replacement care provider, not due to poor health care, but due to the fact that the Catholic Church is nothing more than a giant corporation that treats us patients as numbers and sends our US $$$ offshore. I'm done doing billing transaction dispute work that isn't my job and has NOTHING to do with keeping me healthy. Flaggler Family Practice looks tempting. Wherever I go, I NEED ALL BUSINESS to be conducted with US citizens living HERE in the US, preferably in Florida. Maybe I'll see y'all there!

When I first caught it I went to navy hospital and they gave me antibiotics. And caught it again and this damn doctor says it's allergies and the whole time I'm explaining to her my symptoms she asks me another question over me while I'm talking like shit I almost snapped had to control my temper. I don't have allergies. My acute respiratory infection is gone now BECAUSE I took natural remedies antibiotics from apple cider vinegar and green tea and raw garlic for a month. Fuck this Indian doctor she's rude asf. She wouldn't give me the antibiotics.

You could make an appointment online which was wonderful and easy. We tried to call while we were waiting on flight to come home to this area and no answer. We show up and the man behind the counter said "sorry, we do t have x rays here today" i explained this is why we booked here and he replied I should have called! I did call and you probably saw a missed call and had our phone number from the online appt form. He could have saved us a lot of time had he have called and left message since we most likely would have been on a flight. He stated the carespot in mandarin had x rays today. So back in the car we go to Mandarin location. The woman at the desk in mandarin stated that we should have been called as well Lazy front desk service wasted an hour of our day

I woke up at like 3am with a sore throat and couldn't fall asleep, and I thought it might be strep so I made an appointment here for 9:30 hoping for a rapid strep test (followed by some antibiotics if it was positive). Got there at 9:20 to fill out paperwork (as they state in the confirmation). I wanted to be sure I was there in plenty of time for that because my insurance did indeed change. Here's where my challenge comes in... no one was at the front desk but they had a sign "be seated, we'll be right with you". Ok. Cool. Someone came out of the back and I fully expected they'd acknowledge and ask if everyone had been helped. Nope - just kinda looked around and went back to the back. Finally someone came back out - the actual front desk person and I filled out the proper things and was actually called back right about 9:40. So not bad. But... it sure would go a long way to just acknowledge humans if you're popping out. The care itself was fine. The nurse I had was lovely. Took vitals. Came back after that for strep swab. I waited about 40 mins for that to come back. Then they decided better do mono test. Fine. Too more time. Finally the doc popped in to tell me just a regular boring virus. Fluids and rest. The entire visit took nearly 2 hours. Which is obscene for going in for a rapid strep test. Prob could have gone to the ER in less time. Still giving 3 stars and some grace tho because everyone I did speak to was kind and helpful. And I know that takes a lot when you're dealing with grouchy unwell people all day.

I was assigned to a room and a group of doctors and nurses who took excellent care of me throughout a two-night stay. The staff did an excellent job in diagnosing and stabilizing my condition, and while the process of being awakened throughout the night for medication and testing/vital signs is frustrating, it's understandable. Some areas of focus could be to reduce the amount of directing patients towards the app for test results and surveys - I question whether all of those surveys truly serve a valuable purpose. I highly commend the nursing staff, though I never really was certain who was in charge of making medical decisions on my behalf. Overall, an excellent service with highly professional people who I will always sincerely appreciate.

When those issues arise I get light sensitivity on one side. The two times I have been here I have felt dismissed. The first time. I came in because I had a random sharp shooting pain on the side of my neck, the side of my neck/face went numb and i was instantly really confused. Told them about everything, they gave me a CT scan couldn't find anything. He asked if I still had a headache I said yes and described the headache and without even leaving he told me that its muscular and prescribed me some naproxen... This last time I went in because a blood vessel popped in my eye but there was a lot of pain associated with it. My neck, my head, pressure in my ears, nose, my eye was very sensitive to the touch. I was also getting nauseous so I came to the ER. They asked me if I'd been sneezing or throwing up. I said no. They asked me if I'd been rubbing my eye. I said no. DR asked me to describe the headache, I told him it was a numbing pain in part of my head... He looked at me and goes "well numb means you can't feel anything so how is there pain"... HOW DOES AN ER DOCTOR NOT KNOW WHAT A NUMBING PAIN IS???? I redescribed it as a dull pain which is not even what it was but he couldn't understand me. He ended up prescribing me with nausea meds and told me I probably rubbed it in my sleep. I rubbed my eye in my sleep so badly that I popped a blood vessel??? yeah... okay The take home notes say Contact doctor if: Medicine doesn't help your symptoms You have a headache that feels different You feel nauseas You have a fever I told them I had three of those four things and they dismissed me. It also says Get help right away if: headache gets bad really quickly you have a stiff next your eye or ear hurts you feel confused Again all things I mentioned and was dismissed. I've had two bad experiences here and don't feel like I was taken seriously.
