Very sad, dead outlet, ghost town feel. We couldn't even find one store we wanted to stop at. I wanted Gap and Nike, but no. The only two maybes were Eddie Bauer and Bed Bath and Beyond. I tried to look up a directory of the stores to see what stores were here and couldn't even find that. Highly disappointing. read more

It's a dead mall, for pretty much all intents and purposes. Easily over 75% of the retail spaces in the mall are empty. There's only a handful of actual stores there, and most of the brands/stores they have on the sign outside aren't there anymore. A good chunk of the closed storefronts have signs still up, briefly giving the illusion the mall isn't so vacant. The outlets I did go in really didn't offer much in the way of variety or discounts. I was there mid-day on a weekday and the space with the mall offices was dark with the lights out, they weren't even keeping the mall offices open and staffed apparently. The place is starting to look falling apart and decrepit. There are no real food options at this mall. No food court, no restaurants. . .just a McDonalds next to the mall. I wonder what is even keeping the place open, there's no way that with just a handful of stores this place should still manage to even stay open. read more

Meh... Small outlet with not many stores. The big ones here are Nike Clearance Store and Gap and a few other ones. The Nike clearance store is different than the factory stores. They have odd sizes here in terms of clothing. Lots of extra larges and larges and not much smalls. The smalls also look like they run bigger than their normal small sizes. The shoes are similar to the Nike factory stores though. Decent selection, but you can't be picky! Less options than the factory stores for sure. The only food option they have here is a nearby McDonalds.. No food court here. Limited restrooms as well. You got to walk far! Very dead outlet, but you can get some decent deals here. read more

Just scored big time at the Gap outlet today. Bought winter jams for everybody, great deals. Would have liked to do black Friday sales but we'll be doing thanksgiving then. Flannel pants were just $15, regularly $35 and henleys $13 regularly $30. I love gap clothes, they are like old navy only better quality I think. Old navy pants are always too short for me. I picked up a cute pair of slipper socks and a couple pair of their flannel shorts too. Their flannel doesn't shrink that much when thrown in the dryer I have found. I always wash in cold water too. I was surprised they were so busy midweek. At least theres plenty of parking at Medford. We stopped at Toreys for lunch and got stuck in a traffic jam from an accident so we had a late start shopping, but I made up for it pretty fast power shopping here. read more

About the same as the North Branch Outlets which is north of Minneapolis. The added bonus is some better stores like Eddie Bauer which my Mom and Dad found something. The Memorial Day sale was not so great but then again we arrived towards the end on a Sunday. Convenient being off of I-35 but with the annoying round-abouts if you are coming from Iowa. read more

I think I made my once in a lifetime trip to this outlet mall today. It was really underwhelming. It appears several stores sit empty so I conclude this place is struggling. I found nothing to buy here. My gf did venture into the bath & bodyworks store and found some shampoos that were discontinued last year. We stocked up because you can't find them at their regular stores now and they were at half price. This made the trip worth it but frankly if that hadn't happened the outlet mall visit would have been a total waste of time. I highly doubt I would ever return here unless I knew they got some better stores to set up shop. I will end on a high note though. There was a mini donut stand in the parking lot, the kind you see at a fair. The mini donuts are old school, floating through a river of hot oil until fried to perfection. They were pure awesome. read more

Inaccurate hours on website for Christmas Eve. The website clearly says they are open on Christmas Eve until 8pm. I drove two hours from Wisconsin to shop, arrived at 4pm and all but one or two stores are closed for the day. The shops I specifically came here for are closed. I called their management # and it went to voicemail. The management should have included a clear warning that not all stores would necessarily be open until 8pm. I felt like they put those hours on their site to get as many shoppers to come as possible thinking that if the stores they want to shop at close earlier people will go spend money at the one or two stores that did stay open. I don't know what marketing class taught that technique but it backfired. Never coming here again. read more

The family and I stopped into the mall and shopped almost every store there. I have to say the the Gap Outlet was by far the best stop of the day. We were totally amazed at the level of friendly service and shocked at how low everything was priced. We walked out with 3 bags full and spent less than $100.00 We will be back to shop this store again. Amazing staff, friendly experience, well worth stopping by! read more

We went here after visiting the Mall of America. First, I will agree with the other reviewers who are complaining about the number of stores being diminished. However, the stores that are still present provide some outstanding prices in comparison to other malls. I purchased a leather jacket at Wilson's Leather for less than $50! Then, we went to Gap and bought five men's shirts, a men's jacket, and two ladies sweaters for less than $50! We bought a few other items at some of the other stores that were at very reasonable prices. My biggest complaint was the Nike store. Their merchandise was outdated and was at or nearly at retail prices. So, don't waste your time their. The Bass store had dome great prices but that is not really my style of clothing. I didn't visit Old Navy since the family wanted to get on the road. Overall, this is an outlet you shouldn't pass up. read more

Wow, what happened to this place. Stopped by here on our way back from MOA. It's a ghost town. half the bays are empty. Nike clearance store was a glorified garage sale. Hope this outlet gets an overhaul soon, used to be a nice stop. read more

This place is great! It is annoying sometimes because a few of my favorite stores are on 1 side of the mall and a few others are on a different side. So you have to drive back and forth everywhere. read more
