Not only does every patient get a full appointment of one-on-one time with a physical therapist, but the therapists are also extremely talented, professional, caring, and intelligent. There are also multiple physical therapists on staff, which increases appointment availability. Unlike many other local clinics, many of the therapists here have specialties and certifications in things like dry needling, running analysis, and much more. Peak Performance also offers two injury prevention programs in the summer. I had the opportunity to help out with these programs during my shadowing experience and I can attest that they were truly individualized, adaptive for injuries, and successful in creating improvements in form. So here I am, 2 minutes before my workout, finding out that I would be working out with a trainer I barely knew and that I had never discussed my fitness goals with; not to mention, the personal training I had already paid for, was now "guided" training, which I learned means group training. Ummm...well, I certainly hope group training would cost less...Anyways, at my next session I personally spoke to the owner about getting a refund and let her know I would have liked to know before showing up for my workout that both my trainer and my personal training session had been replaced. She smugly sat there with a smirk on her face and made excuses and reasons as to why she was right in not refunding me and I was wrong. She said the new trainer I was working with could continue personal training with me until my sessions run out. How personal can the training be when other clients are there for their sessions at the same time I am and there is only one trainer...whom I have never agreed to training with or talked about my fitness goals with? I am a paying client and this place is not inexpensive by any means. No, instead I am forced to workout there under her chosen circumstances or lose out on my money. Sadly, Linkage has completely lost all trust and respect from me.

The first time I contacted the office It was due to elbow pain I was experiencing. I spoke with an informed front desk staff member who said that they could surely help with my elbow. I have been going for my chiropractic care ever since. My elbow only acted up once after that and has been great ever since. I have my back and neck adjusted. I have also had a finger and a toe cared for. Most recently, I sprained a ligament in my knee and Dr. Dave's adjustments are making a world of difference. I highly recommend this office for care.

The spinal decompression helped ease my back pain from the move on the first session. The adjustments always leave me feeling a release, and are gentle but extremely helpful. The office staff is incredible, they create such a calm and peaceful energy in the entire office. Dr. Brandon is the same way, such a calm energy, but he REALLY listens closely to everything that is said. I highly recommend!
