During my recent visit, I observed behaviors that left me dissatisfied with the patient experience. The facility has undergone significant construction and renovations, adding beautiful and well-designed additional buildings. The Main Entrance is so easy and there is even valet parking. We've been here for ourselves and our family members, and we've always received excellent care in both the ER and the main hospital. The staff, including nurses and doctors, are friendly and very well informed. This hospital is equipped to handle all kinds of medical care and emergencies.

I was, once again, having difficulty in having the request for a referral sent to My Care, and for the Referral Department in preparing the document. I explained the issue to Sherri and within 24 hours my issue was resolved. This woman is the utmost of professionals. She listens, knows the system, breaks any barriers that exist and when I get off the phone with her, I am sure that the problem will be solved. She is wonderful!!!!!
