I can't remember the last time I was treated with so much compassion. I was so sick from being dehydrated, I was crying on the phone and Marvin was so sweet. He got me an appointment so quickly and treated me like family. He truly radiates kindness. My iv nurse Sarah was so kind and gentle with me. I'm squeamish and have passed out serval times in the past while receiving needles. She took her time with me and made sure the entire experience as painless as possible. I'm so thankful Sarah was my nurse. Candice was also there with Sarah and provided emotional support. She made sure I had something to smell during the procedure so there was a less likely chance I'd pass out. Kindness is the standard at this location. I began my review pretty distraught. I am a creature of habit, and once I have received amazing services, you receive me as your biggest raving fan. This morning, I didn't receive the service I am typically accustomed to. I gave them a one-star, needless to say, the owner, Dr. Brown followed up immediately and had amazing beside manners. He truly believed in 6 first. He asked me to return. However, my schedule hindered me from returning. I will say they were able to correct and mitigate immediately. Amazing! I rarely get sick but I got hit with something like a ton of bricks. I knew it was viral and I needed a boost. I made a same day appointment and got the Myers cocktail. The staff was super nice, the chairs super comfy. Literally by the time I was done I felt better. By the evening, I was full of energy and feeling amazing. Still feel great the next day. Booked on line (Super easy) and went in for an IV infusion when I was up in the area but feeling under the weather (they also come to you if you live in the area). So nice! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about an hour. They also offered me a private area to sit in however I sat in the open lounging area and just put my feet up and relaxed. They have IV infusions for stress, going, immunity and if you had too much to drink and need to beat a hangover. read more

I am a physician in the area and hate going to hospitals/urgent care centers because of how long it takes to be seen and treated. I worked here for a months this year and it was the worst decision I ever made!! The owner was not a manager at all. She was rude, nasty and acted like she was better than everyone else. Couldn't ask questions because she was always angry. We couldn't sell items because nobody trained us. How can you explain anything to the customer when no one has trained you?
