The problem was the printer was not working well and several pages were illegible and the others of poor quality. They offered to mail us a better copy but never did. I've called 3 times, I spoke with Paula on 1/13/25 who told me she would send a legible copy. Today 3/21/25 I still haven't received the report as promised, I called again today, no answer I left a message. Needless to say we haven't been back and won't be returning. I'm 27 and started at 186 and ended at 159. The 'coaches' are super responsive to your questions via text or email, you'll find yourself asking a lot of questions at the start. The weigh-ins were super quick and informative. The thing that got me to stick with it were the daily weigh ins, you literally watch the scale go down every morning it's like a competition with yourself. I'm writing this review because it not only worked but the weight stayed off. I ended my first round just before thanksgiving and once the holidays rolled around I was not eating responsibly and I didn't gain the weight back. I also found myself not as hungry which might've made the difference as well. Currently on a short 23 day round and doing another 40 day before my wedding in April.
