All of the staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out for both a hearing test and a doctor visit in under an hour. Both the tech who did my hearing test and Dr. Sreepada were extremely caring and personable. The doctor did not rush my visit and continually checked in to ask if I had any questions. I'm dealing with a bad fluid buildup and some temporary hearing loss in one ear which has been really scary. The doctor was very reassuring and has me on the right medication to hopefully get the problem solved, which I'm thankful for.

These folks knew I was skeptical and they seemed to understand ... explaining to me in understandable terms the benefits of healing from the inside out. There was nary a moment of discussion about leaving my comfort zone (of traditional meds), rather they set forth the worthy objective of getting better -- naturally -- so the meds might not be required at some point. Our insurance covered approximately half that amount, still an outrageous fee for what he did. He briefly read the results of our blood tests to me over the phone, and I had to ask his office to mail me the results. My contact with him, whether in his office over via phone, lasted no more than 30 minutes, and the information and insight he provided into the reason we sought his services in the first place were minimal. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but we will not return to him.
