Tom Ferris of Media Design sold us our home security system in 2015. We had performance issues with the system staring in 2016. Ongoing problems continued multiple times over the last 5 years. Tom was just at our house on another service call and was unprofessional and rude - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to terminate his services because he sold me a security system that never worked dependably and ultimately did not stand behind his work or product. read more
