We had Shack Shine install our Christmas lights around our rooflines. They did an outstanding job! When we met with Phil for an estimate, he showed us samples of the good quality bulbs and cord they were going to use. There was a wide selection of colored lights and choices of traditional-shaped or pine cone-shaped bulbs. The installation guys, Jeremy, Aaron and Zach were very efficient and courteous. There was one bulb out and Jeremy immediately came back out to replace it. Their price for the lights and installation were better than the 2 previous quotes we got. We will most likely hire them to clean our windows in the spring and have them install our Christmas lights annually. We highly recommend them! read more

I thought my windows were really pretty clean but still enjoyed the experience enough to call Shack Shine back this year, I had noted a couple of small clumps of dirt. One guy came out, (they were short handed because of our flu epidemic) and in a couple of hours he finished the ins and outs of our three level condo. I was shocked how sparkling clean differed from the "clean" that they were before. When I was putting something back on an upstairs I recoiled from the opening afraid I would fall out, and then realized the window was closed. Found them online on Sunday, booked an appointment and Jeremy was here to clean my exterior windows on Monday! Windows on two stories with multiple levels and uneven ground were no obstacle to him. He was thorough and efficient, and was able to overcome the unexpected when he found a bat hanging from one of the eaves right by one of the large windows. Final price was exactly as estimated and well worth it. All the windows look great, including the second story large picture windows. We will be using them again, regularly. read more
