Now, as Board Chair of a small, grass-roots non-profit, I know that our on-line presence is critical to our ability to execute our core mission, which is to advocate for the protection of wild places. To be effective in that mission it is essential that we engage and persuade supporters whose sole way of knowing us is through our web site and media. That's why we recently started a project to improve our web site. With limited resources, we knew that at best we could hope to have a reasonably clean, functional system, not a Cadillac. We got the Cadillac anyhow.  Not only does Rooted Rock genuinely understand what a partnership looks like, with the give and take that is so necessary to developing a web site that reflects who we are, but the professional design quality of their work is first-rate.  As a former developer, I say "bravo!" and thank you.

By that time, day 9 of vacation with my husband's side of the family and our children, my body, mind, and spirit needed a lot of work! I'm always in a rush to fix myself, but healing from Jamie felt very synchronized. It wasn't forced, it wasn't too much, it wasn't lacking. I was suffering from sciatica pains, a rotator cuff injury, as well as stress pain in my back and neck. The bodywork was just amazing. Jamie's knowledge of anatomy and Ayurveda help make sense of why I have pain in those areas, and hopefully how I can avoid that pain in the future.
