He figured out the problem, got the part and successfully fixed it. It took two visits to my house. At the end of the first visit, I asked him about the price of the repair part and he didn't know. He joked, "More than fifty. Less than a million." I asked him to call me and let me know what was going to happen. He did not call. It took almost a week longer than expected. I don't mind that but there was no communication about the delay or anything else. One day, I got a call that the part was in and the guy wanted to come any minute. I would have preferred a little warning but, I'm easy. All good. He shows up, makes the repair and, still doesn't know what it costs. A few days later I see a debit of almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS in my account. That is only a few dollars less than a new monitor. Had they communicated, I might have thought new was better. I called them. They did not call back. I am not really happy with them. Your mileage may vary.

This company does not have an office and everyone works out of their home, i guess? My conversion is horrible and i have so many plugins that it is crazy!! I own 5 websites and have dealt with many people over the years and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated. I paid for a premium service and got amature results! I did shop around for prices and they were not the cheapest but i hired them because i wanted a company i could count on for seo and all future needs. After the moving process was completed I was given a bill for a little over 3000 dollars and they wanted payment immediately. I contacted Scott to ask why the price was different than the quote and he immediately said that I must have misunderstood him pointing out the problem was me not understanding the 1800 dollar quote he told me.He said they work strictly by the hour and I must have had more stuff to move. No Scott, I didn't go out and buy more furniture. You came out and looked at everything and quoted me a price, why bother quoting a price when the price is determined by the speed or lack of your movers decide to have and trust me they took their time.This companies quotes mean nothing.The furniture moved was taking good care of but Scotts attitude was all it's your fault not mine.
