Do not recommend. Hidden fees. Was charged 1000 dollars for a PCR covid test. I was assured I wouldn't pay more then 50$. Do not come here.

The pharmacy never received the 2nd prescription. They called the Dr who claimed she wasnt a "primary" Dr and couldn't prescribe it. The front desk and assistants are ding-a-lings. I hate the medical profession. The only job where you can hide and be stupid.

The level of defensive pompous smug attitude I was met with was astonishing ! The officer manager said when I get a medical degree, I can ask those questions do you've gotta be kidding me! Also they didn't even take her oxygen saturation the first time! We had to go back and then they took it in a very indigent manner! The level of arrogance! In no way shape or form was I hostile! If hostile is conducting yourself respectfully not raising your voice, not cutting anyone off simply asking sound. Medical questions is hostile then I apparently all those workers in there that heard me speak with respect well I wonder if they thought I was being hostile and I'm curious if the Manager, who asked me if I had a medical degree and when I get one, I can ask those questions. I wonder if she has one. I I seriously have concerns about the ethical nature and the ability of especially the doctor in the office manager.

From the ease of checking in, to the medical assistants and the wonderful female Doctor who treated me. They cared that I was comfortable, that I was not in pain and understood completely what was going on, especially the aftercare. In less than an hour my wound was cleaned, stitched up and bandaged. I was also given a tetanus shot and a prescription for antibiotics. Thank you all very much for taking such good care of me. I recommend CityMD urgent care to everyone.

Today: we go in and the X-ray tech wasn't there! They sent us to another location 30 minutes away... the doctor diagnosed verbally with non displaced fracture, then the discharge papers say displaced fracture- the "prescription" given was for a walking boot which requires you to go to a medical supply store and they do not accept insurance or scripts so you're paying out of pocket. Then we had to drive back to the MT location to ask the Dr a question about the conflicting diagnosis. Will never go to this place or other City MDs. Highly discourage others from doing so. They were other patients dissatisfied as well.

Dr. Anthony Costa is absolutely wonderful, and so is his entire staff. From the moment I walked in,…read moreI felt genuinely cared for and supported. Dr. Costa is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and he takes the time to truly listen. His PAs, Bobbi and CJ, are both outstanding--attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make each visit feel comfortable and reassuring. A special thank you to Barbara, who truly went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. She was patient, thorough, and proactive, making sure everything was handled properly so I could get reimbursed. Her dedication and kindness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and outstanding service from Dr. Costa and his entire team. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality care and a staff that truly cares.

After reviewing some of the negative reviews concerning Dr. Costa, as a three time patient of Dr…read more Costa, I would like to offer my opinion: 1. I had an accident that required immediate emergency surgery reconstructing my left hip and femur approx. 12 years ago. Dr. Costa was immediately contacted by my Primary Physician. Dr Costa, who wasn't on duty over the weekend, came to Riverview Hospital and put me back together again! After 12 years, and an active lifestyle, all is well with my left hip. 2. Dr Costa did a right hip replacement for me 3 years ago....which went and remains perfect. 3. Last week I had a full left knee replacement by Dr. Costa. It was damaged when I was young playing football. My recovery has been quite remarkable. In less than one week I can walk unassisted....no need for a walker or cane. My pain level has not been greater than a 2 or 3 out of 10. My only medication has been Tylenol and Lyrica (for nerve pain. No narcotics for pain needed. 4. A few years ago, my wife wanted to continue playing pickleball....and to do so, required a knee replacement. I suggested Dr. Costa, but she felt she would be best served going to The Hospital for Special Sugery in NYC, who did NOT do quad sparing knee replacement surgery. Her recovery was long and painful. Two months taking Percocet, not sleeping at night, a long rehab and a full 12 months before she felt better. After witnessing my current knee recovery, she now admits she made a big mistake going to The Hospital for Special Surgery. If they don't do quad sparing knee replacement, they are not "Special". If you want the best joint replacement experience, talk to Dr. Costa. The P.A's, at Dr. Costa's office, Bobbi and CJ, are the best I have ever experienced. The Costa, Bobbi and CJ Team will take good care of you.
