If I could give it zero star, I would. I was a patient at this establishment for a few years. I had laser hair removal done, with no results. My last experience was traumatic. In an attempt to remove a scar, I got a second-degree burn. The doctor in charge doesn't seem to care, he's rude and you can tell he has no experience with any aesthetic treatment. Fantastic experience! I went into the spa, about two weeks ago, for Botox. The wait was minimal in a very nice, clean, and calming waiting area. The receptionist was welcoming, informative, and polite. After a few minutes and filling out a questionnaire, the doctor came and called me to the treatment room, which was equally as comfortable. The doctor was great! Easy to talk to, he knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to "sell" me on anything I wasn't. The procedure was super easy, he's obviously done this many times. I started to see a difference after a few days, and now two weeks later I'm super happy with the results and very happy with the price! Overall, after having been to other spas and doctors, Keep Glowing struck me as the easiest and most "low maintenance" way to keep my "high maintenance" look! Competitive prices! Caring staff! So here's the thing - I rarely write reviews, and I noticed there were already amazing Google Reviews about Keep Glowing Medical Spa, but I didn't see much on here, so here's my review - I wasn't paid or asked to say any of this, so it's just a genuine POV from someone who's been to enough of these types of place: Dr. Mike Ellis and his staff are wonderful. I've been to plenty of med spas over the years, and in many different cities and countries, but honestly, they don't hold a candle to the attentiveness and offerings of this spa. Dr. Mike has access to some of the latest equipment and technologies that are a cut above the rest. I've done only a handful of his treatments, but there's something for everybody, and I LOVE his combined focus of aesthetics with wellbeing. He's genuine invested in wanting to ensure you not only look great, but feel great as well. I'm nearly 40, and the AquaGold facial has people wondering if I am in my mid-20's, no joke or exaggeration. I've heard about this procedure from the med spas in Korea, but haven't seen it much here stateside. The results are truly phenomenal. I was stopped while in Whole Foods to ask what products I was using for my face, and I replied honestly, just a bar of soap after a facial. Dr. Mike's bedside manner, knowledge, attentive and professionalism is so refreshing compared to some of the other places I have been where I felt my needs were not met, or the results not lasting as long as intended. I've had several procedures done with products and technologies across the board, and he was thorough in explaining why one product/service would work best compared to another. Honestly, I've been so happy with all the services I've received there that it's difficult for me to recommend going anywhere else. The Keep Glowing name is very much on brand - I can't express enough how good I feel when friends, families, heck, even strangers tell me how it looks like I'm glowing and that I look rested and fantastic. It hits differently when you invest in yourself, knowing that the doctor (and team) that you're putting your faith into has your best interests in guiding what's best for your unique circumstance. Very impressed , staff were very attentive with a warm welcome as I entered the office . Sat in the waiting area for less then 5 minutes . Dr Ellis had taken my blood the week prior all done in the office which was very convenient and the review of blood work was very thorough . He gave a in depth review of my blood work and discussed a plan of action. I booked the services we discussed and look forward to evaluating other care options Dr Ellis offers . read more
