After myself and my daughter did the OMG response Dr. Sutherland revised the statement. However I was there for a second problem. Dr. Sutherland had administrated Botox injections done 3 weeks earlier. Unfortunately one eye was dramatically drooping. Dramatic to me because it's my face. When I asked Dr. Sutherland what she was going to do to fix it she very firmly stated "I'm not touching it." This procedure cost $540. No solution of any kind was offered. I'm surprised she didn't just state she could care less. I went to Allure Esthetics. A 5 star rated establishment with a cosmetic surgeon who is rated as Seattles top cosmetic surgeon. After examining me he offered a solution. Within a few moments of treatment I began to see improvement. The cost ZERO. The solution offered to me is standard procedure frequently used to correct a drooping eyelid. Which leaves me very uncomfortable, is it possible Dr. Sutherland does not know about this basic solution or did she just not care about my disappointment with the results? Natalie is hands-down the best injector I have ever seen. I found her about a year ago when I needed undereye filler dissolved from another injector. I hadn't had facial in few years and now realize I need to do often. So impressed by how my enlarged pores shrunk from just that one treatment!! Skin feels like satin.
