I sought the assistance of Dr. Krupa for 3 very specific health issues, provided in writing, none of which were discussed during the intake appointment. Instead he suggested I seek treatment from an entirely different practitioner for a separate issue. The practitioner I was referred to is not taking new clients. I spent $225 just to be directed to someone else who is unavailable. I submitted an email requesting refund which was denied. I question Dr. Krupa's ethics. read more

I stopped going here because I felt I was never heard by the doctor. He gave me a solution that he gives everyone which did not work or attempt to fix the underlying issue. My last appt was Sept 4, '20. It's now Jan 18, '21 and have not received one invoice yet. Their online system shows I owe a balance but who pays for something without a breakdown of charges? I've been getting to contact them so I can pay my bill but no response. I've let voice mails and sent emails asking for a copy of the invoice. They have yet to reply. I would suggest considering going somewhere else. Don't expect them to listen to what you need help with, answer the phone or return voice mails. WORST customer service ever! read more

I called the clinic and asked if they took my insurance. They said they did, after the initial visit I was billed $205 dollars. I went in to pay and ask what happened, to be told that the office manager was out and that they'd get back to me. Two months later, I get a call back with the explanation. They "forgot" to resubmit their contract with my insurance, and they were sorry but the insurance wasn't going to cover it. So I lost out on $205. read more

I've had problems with sleep forever and have tried almost everything including prescription drugs that knocked me out but made me feel like a ton of bricks every morning. Dr Krupa is the BEST! I started seeing him for a plethora of health issues back in 2014 and, because I moved out of area and then back again this year, started seeing him again a couple months ago for a definitive diagnosis of Lyme Disease. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he's also incredibly personable. He makes sure to ask a LOT of questions (there's information you may not think is important but it could possibly matter) and listens to what you share. He's very pragmatic about his approaches to treatment and he also has a phenomenal sense of humor! If you want to heal from your body, he will do everything he can to help. Giving a 1 Star because I can't give 0. Worse service of my life. In the middle of getting my blood drawn, at my scheduled appointment, she stopped drawing my blood and told me to go to another facility because SHE overbooked the room. I had to fast from the night before so this was inconvenient in many ways! Then Dr Tony said they would make it right, pay any extra bills I had from having to go to another office and give me some of the vitamins that he had me purchase at my appointment free of charge. I had to call them twice after dropping off the bills, the first call they said they would call me back by Monday, I got NO call back! 3 weeks later I had to call again because I was being threatened to be sent to collections!! Today they told me they would NOT be covering the bill from the other office!! When I went in to drop off my bills Dr Tony was there and didn't offer ANY compensation for the exteeem inconvenience I went through. The most unprofessional clinic I've EVER been to! read more
