Maybe most of their patients are elderly with hearing loss. I did not like the room where my Cognitive test was taken. The walls were paper thin, kept hearing the annoying chit chat and laugh from other biz (IRS). It made it hard to focus on the test. Would help if soft music was being played within the room.
