I came in and filled out some medical and personal paperwork Robin asked me some questions and I swear I was out of my seat and getting started in 5 minutes. She was wonderful explaining everything that was going to happen and why before. She told me it was going to be loud and last for an hour and i could not move at all. She asked about the temperature of the room for me. pillows my position, what radio station I wanted. It was obvious she really cared. Afterwards she brought me back to the tv room and showed me my whole back in the scan. OMG how freaking cool. She had a cd and the next morning I had a neurologist report on it. I dont want anyone to have to go here as its probably because something is wrong. But if you need any kind of medical scan this is for sure the place to do it. I might break my leg to go back :).... hehehe JK

The staff at this urgent care location are excellent…read more We popped in because it's closest to our house and my husband had taken a tumble and thought he may have injured his foot pretty bad. They didn't have the X-Ray machines that Google said they did, but the staff pointed us in the right direction to their location that did. The people behind the desk were very friendly when we told them the situation, and they lamented with us about it. (FYI - it ended up being that his foot was actually broken, once we got the scan! Ah!) Even though we didn't end up becoming patients of this urgent care, we did get to experience the great and helpful attitude of the staff. So I will definitely return here, if we do ever have another urgent care need!

However, when the next two patrons came in she asked them if they'd ever been there before and they had. They sat down and one went right even though I was there first. By the way I had been there before. The only difference in the three of us is I'm a black male and the others were white. In observing this I came very close to confronting her regarding the differential treatment. Sometimes having to even ponder it gets exhausting! Nevertheless, the nurse and PA were both professional and kind. Hopefully my diagnosis is accurate.

I called a stated that I always make my appointments. I then found out the fee was for. and I had mistakenly thought the fee was for a different visit. Brought long gave me a firm no on reimbursement. Yesterday I received a statement saying I needed to make an apt. for 2026. I made one and received 3 reminder texts stating what time my appointment was and there is a charge for no shows. I canceled and will gi elsewher. A little too late notification.

The front of the building doesn't say ARC point labs anymore. So it's really confusing when you're driving by trying to find this place in the business park, and there's actually a completely different name. My actual appointment went fine, I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the gal that did the screening questions or whatever was pleasant. The low rating was really just for the major confusion when I arrived. I talked to a couple other people in the waiting room and they were driving around lost...
