I came in and filled out some medical and personal paperwork Robin asked me some questions and I swear I was out of my seat and getting started in 5 minutes. She was wonderful explaining everything that was going to happen and why before. She told me it was going to be loud and last for an hour and i could not move at all. She asked about the temperature of the room for me. pillows my position, what radio station I wanted. It was obvious she really cared. Afterwards she brought me back to the tv room and showed me my whole back in the scan. OMG how freaking cool. She had a cd and the next morning I had a neurologist report on it. I dont want anyone to have to go here as its probably because something is wrong. But if you need any kind of medical scan this is for sure the place to do it. Think really does have almost everything you could need in healthcare: primary care, mental healthcare, podiatry, optometry, urgent care and more. The intake employees, in-person and on the phone, are friendly, helpful and always willing to help when the situation is complicated. If you check in online, you only have to give your name and then sit and wait for your appointment. I've been seeing Dr. Hill for over ten years, before she moved here, and she's the best PCP I've ever had. I started bringing my son and mom, who has quite a few health problems, to her and they would all say the same thing. She's an amazing physician, exudes compassion and will hook you up with the best specialist in Omaha for advanced care issues. I've also had great experiences from other providers in the building. What people fail to realize is that you have to vibe with your doctor. If you don't, see somebody else. But if you're the type of person the signs and laws about abusing medical personnel were written for, it might just be you who's the problem. Otherwise, billing has been more reliable and flexible than any other medical provider in the city, and I have very difficult insurance. Parking is abundant with lots of handicapped spots next to the front door. If I had any complaints, it would be that the portal software is clunky, but they are in the process of changing that. Despite this, I can easily and reliably communicate with my providers via messages. And they are quick to reply, refill medication or setup an urgent appointment. This goes for speaking to a nurse over the phone, which is accessible by one button. Also, don't overlook the (quick) urgent care! If you need help on the weekend, Think should be your first choice.

She made me feel comfortable, she answered all of my questions, and she seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say! Since then, I've gone back several times for different appointments and more recently visited a new Dr. Unfortunately Dr. Diamond moved on to a place closer to her home so I set up an appointment with Dr. Erin Ray. I was interested in a Doctor who had a holistic approach to care and I love that Dr. Ray is a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine. My first visit with here was wonderful, she complimented my tattoo which is a first from a Doctor, and I knew I'd feel pretty comfortable with her. She asked me several questions and throughout the conversation I realized that there were some issues that I could/did have that would be good to share. She recommended a few things and prescribed a couple of things to help and they've been great! Anytime I have an appointment or something to do here I appreciate that everything is in one place. There's ample parking outside, there's a nice coffee shop downstairs with delicious coffee and grilled sandwiches. There's great seating to enjoy your coffee or meal while getting some work done as well. Another great aspect about Think Whole Person is its proximity to the Aksarben shops. I usually don't frequent this area but when I do it makes sense for me to drive down to check out what's going on in Aksarben and the shops near by. I'm thankful I set up my healthcare here and am pleased that I can get all my bloodwork and Dr. visits, all in one place!

They were very easy to schedule with and the person was very helpful and friendly to answer my billing and insurance questions. My appointment was very quick and efficient. I decided I could not continue living in pain and made an appointment with Dr. Gill, .Dr. Gill was honest and said I would probably always be in pain but we could get it to a tolerable level. He showed me on the xrays what we were dealing with and explained exactly what he would be doing. November 22 I had a rod and 8 screws put in by back. I have NEVER FELT BETTER. I can not say enough about how great Dr. Gill is. He was always punctual, talked to me, (he even called me himself if I had questions). And had a great bedside manner, unlike my first surgeon. I want to add his office staff was great to work with too. Called me back right away, and checked on me. If you need to have spine surgery Dr. Gill is the man for the job.
