After each and every session we went back and analyzed every single part of my life Damien showed me how my past negative emotions and trauma has influenced my current life. Emotions such as fear, anger, sorrow, pain, guilt, etc can all cause problems in your current life. I ended up letting go of all of my past emotional issues and trauma since I was a kid. Once I did that, I was able to work on improving my self esteem and depression. Six month's later I am still feeling good about myself. Damien was able to teach me how to train my sub-conscious mind and he gave me a lot of great tools so I can move forward with my life and stay feeling good about myself and not get depressed again. Being in a clam shell with just music or silence is hard for me. But that has nothing to do with the environment. The owner was nice told me about packages and other treatment they have there. I didn't look at the air vents to see if there was dust on them.‍
