I essentially received an upper arm treatment with Alana on the Atemis T shape 2 machine and results were good for the 1st try. I then purchased a package for my stomach and the first session was a total disappointment. The results were not there. The next day I've contacted Alana and requested to cancel my package. I will update the outcome. I will try another method at another location to help with reducing my stomach area. I was pleasantly surprised with an outstanding massage. I was a bit curious that they were the same office building as an orthodontist. Yet, when I walked into the suite, I walked into a very pleasant aroma, soft, beautiful music, and a nice relaxing ambience. Alana gave me a deep tissue massage that was perfect. She was warm and pleasant, but quiet the whole time. I've sometimes add massage therapists who kept engaging me in conversation when I wanted to zone out and enjoy the massage. I am asthmatic, so strong or overpowering aromas bother me. Here, it was pleasant and consistent. They should probably offer water upon completion, as it's important to hydrate after because massage releases toxins from your muscles/ tissue. Price worth the service. Highly recommend. read more

Disaster of experience - poor customer service, no result treatments and extremely over priced. Do not ruin your surgery results thinking they can help with post-op massage. They are not trained or skilled to provide proper post-op massage for Lipo/Tummy Tuck or BBL patients, but quick to take your money then tell you there's no refunds after. Cost $600 for 5 45min massage or $150 for 1. Whats even worse, after bringing to there attention on 3 occasions concerns of a pocket of fluid and them kept saying it was normal and taking my money only to result in me having to find a place (they couldn't recommended anyone) where I could seek medical attention to get the area drained. So they couldn't provide the proper treatment needed that was visually apparent from my first appointment nor refer you to anyone but yet they will surly take your money and even when they cant treat they Alana (owner) still feel as though they have all the rite to keep your money. Sorry thats not how people expect any professional business to operate and over charge. My advice seek a business who knows how the meaning of customer service, not money hungry and truly know how to treat post-op patients cause this place is far from it. I had to travel to Philadelphia for proper care, its worth the drive to go somewhere who knows what the're doing and can offer resources when needed. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage which is a normal. My appointment was at 6:30. We did not start until 6:45 and there were multiple breaks of about 3 minutes each where it seemed as if the therapist was on her phone texting someone and I say that because of the noticeable change in volume of the music played from the phone and the attempted use of just one hand. At about 7:30 the massage started to speed up and there was a drastic change in workmanship. By 8:05 I was in my car so I know I did not get the full 90 minutes in addition the massage was not good. In an area where there is lots of competition I was expecting better service. The location and overall cleanliness of the facility were excellent. read more

Every time (about five times so far), she clearly knew what she was doing, identified and worked on the trouble areas in my back, and left me feeling the "good hurt" of a successful therapeutic massage. He moves his hands in such a rhythmic way, it's so relaxing, even though he also really digs in to your kinks and knots. He even did my face and scalp- I was so relaxed I was drooling. I just had the most amazing massage from Ahnye. I've been to dozens of masseuses over the years, and she's one of the best. I have a lot of troublesome, painful areas, especially my lower back from a childhood injury, and she was able to release a lot of tension with her techniques. The spa itself is quite lovely too. I was in town for a few days and needed a massage. This place had a Groupon. They booked me the same day and asked for the Groupon # at time of booking. My therapist was Daisee, she was AWESOME! I was told my apmt was at 2:15 so I arrived 5 minutes early. My apmt was at 2:30. Daisee was friendly and discussed the amount of pressure I preferred. She asked periodically if the pressure was ok during the massage. She was professional and the place was quiet with serene music playing. Since I had knots, she applied biofreeze to allow her to loosen the knots without causing me pain. She did not rush and my massage was at least an hour if not a few minutes longer. If you need a massage, ask for Daisee -- you'll thank me later! read more

I got a 90 minute hot stone massage has a gift and was VERY disappointed!!!! It was my first time here and I did not have Alana. I also had many times when the girl only used one hand and didn't seem really know how to do a hot stone massage. I read on there website how is should be done and she didn't do anything even close to that. She just rubbed the hot stones over my skin after she "massaged" me. She spent more time on my legs then my upper back which is where I told her I had trouble. Most upsetting of all was I had sign a paper that said she was not a certified massage therapist. I received a 60 minute massage here, by a therapist other than Alana. I felt like it was 60 minutes of my day wasted. I also walked in at 12:15pm and I was dressed and back in my car by 1:11pm ...so I'm not quite sure if I got an entire 60 minute massage, however I will not complain about the lack of time because I was ready for it to be over. I gave it 3 stars for location, friendliness of staff and Cleanliness. However, I was not pleased with this massage AT ALL. The form asked if I wanted my face massaged, I circled it and it was not performed.... So my tip would be to ask for Alana because Alana has great reviews. read more
