I had a mild case of Covid in February but had long hauler symptoms of not being able to get enough air into my lungs. Felt like I was suffocating. I had chest palpitations, shortness or breath and extreme muscle weakness. I started my PT with Emily. My RHR was 158 with O2 between 94-96%. After a few short weeks of multiple days a weeks I was able to breathe normally without issues. My O2 got back up to 99% and my RHR was below 70. My muscle weakness improved tremendously now that I can get oxygen to my muscles. I am able to enjoy bike riding and 2-3 mile hikes without effort. He treats me and others there like human being and not like just another Pt. ES Amanda Stors shares the same philosophies in the caring of myself and others that are there to get back on the road to recovery. She, as does Brendan, will take time just to briefly chat about things that are not directly to do with the reason why you are there.
