We called 101 and Angie came out that very day and it turned out, she had been the sales person for our friend as well as the original owner. We had to wait a few weeks to have the unit moved and Robert came to do it. All went smoothly from the de-install and the re-install. A different rail was required as we did not have the lift up piece at the end. Robert came back the next morning to check it all out but had suggested we get a wider doorway put in. He measured up and we had enough room on the short wall. These folks also support our local NE Cobb senior center. Let me tell you, a nicer bunch of people you will not find!! I would recommend them any time... Since making the arrangements, we have found out we have other friends who have used 101 Mobility and every one raves about them. Nary even the slightest complaint -- just glowing words of praise. Prices are good too!!!

They actually got her there early. Drivers were helpful and kind. For anyone not familiar with these services, FYI, the driver does not stay during round trip rides. They drop you off. Then after your appointment is done, you contact them and they come back for pickup in about 20-40 minutes.

Mobility Scooters & More was the only one of three that bothered to reply and did so in a fast and courteous manner. They offered to hold the item for me. One of the best surprises is they hold limited Saturday hours. This is rare but most helpful for a business like this and it is most appreciated for those of us who cant meet the usual 'nine-to-five" hours of other establishments. This business stocks all manner of items related to one's "mobility" so if you are rehabbing an injury or need a more permanent solution this is a great option in the metro area.
