I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased hair extensions recently and returned them immediately because the length was incorrect. The staff initially accepted the return and agreed to issue store credit, gave me a voucher but shortly after, I said I wanted to go ahead and look for some items and one of the ladies laughed and I was confused and I said "is that .. okay?" And she said "yea .. yea" . A couple minutes later, they chase me down, saying they changed their mind, claimed a piece was missing, and refused to honor the return. When I asked about using the voucher they had issued, one of the employees even reached into my pocket and snatched it from me, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She (the manager) also began to yell at me in front of everyone saying I took the missing piece and what did I do with it. I was left confused and disrespected. I left with the product and no refund or credit. Shoppers should be aware of how inconsistently and rudely returns can be handled here. read more

I'm still kicking myself in the a** at this point, as I didn't know this place has been in Dacula for 4 years now. Anytime I needed more straight razor blades, I would drive about 6-7 miles to Sally's when I had this place 5 minutes away from me. Walk in: I've been to some beauty supply stores before but I don't think I've been to one this huge. They have everything in here!! For you women, they have different styles of wigs for your short days, and different styles of other hair for when you want your hair down to your knees if you want it. For the fellas, clippers of different styles, straight razor blades, combs, brushes, you name it they got it!! I took my time walking around the store to take a few pics for you all and I was impressed. Dacula is really building up slowly but surely. Check out: That was quick and simple and they also take Apple Pay. They are located across from Publix, almost by the Burger King. The same side where the cleaners are, you can't miss it. This business has been in the community for a while now. Initially they offered great customer service. However, for the past 4 years the quality of customer service has declined. They have racially profiled, closed early with no explanation or apology, not acknowledge or greet customers who enter their establishment, and today I had two people practically refuse to help me find a product! I believe in second chances and understand that people have bad days. However this is insulting. I have returned to Top Beauty Supply periodically after each incident, primarily because it's convenient. But I refuse to continue to patronize a business that clearly does not appreciate or respect its customers. Moving on. read more
