If you have to get it done then this is a really good spot with timely results and very little contact.

Immediately given the impression that none of them care about anything you have to say. Wait time for every appointment was always at least 1 hour, often even longer. If concerns are voiced to office manager, be prepared to get called in for an appointment to meet with the practitioner to be verbally attacked. A 1 hour or greater wait time is normal to them and people should not complain (on what planet?). Rude signs posted on entrance door to patient rooms stating if you don't have good personal hygiene you may be refused treatment. When sick or in need of help, no appointments available for at least a week or more. Cannot stress enough how absolutely unprofessional and awful this office is. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to put enough emphasis on it. The ONLY reason I gave it one star on the review is because it requires at least 1 star. If not, I would have given it 0 stars. I chose my insurance plan under the impression that my doctors were covered. Later, these doctors' offices let me know that they had broken the partnership with PHP months before I even was shopping for insurance. Currently, they still have doctors listed that don't accept my insurance. It's like a bait and switch scheme...with no switch. Many of the doctors/physicians groups have told me that they don't work with PHP anymore because they weren't getting paid. I can't say that I blame them. When I've complained to PHP about this, I've been met with complacency and rudeness. The insurance is nothing short of a scam.
