They said it was called into the pharmacy near me, I went to the pharmacy and they had no prescription. Called the office several times they said it would be called in, but hasn't. Finally called me back and then wanted to put me through another loop of phone calls trying to find out why it hadn't been called in. This office was empty when I went in. No patients. They were so bored they were doing cosmetic procedures on themselves and they can't make one phone call to a pharmacy??? I'm very glad I haven't spent the $5000+ I was just about to book there yet since this is how they operate... I wish they would just take care of what was promised and stop with the operational inefficiencies going on in their office. It's very unreasonable to patients to have to deal with.
