Emails go unanswered, and there is no real support for providers trying to complete applications or understand contracting and billing requirements. I repeatedly reached out for assistance with a provider application and received little to no guidance or follow-up. This level of neglect is unacceptable for an organization responsible for managing healthcare access. The lack of communication creates unnecessary delays and discourages providers from participating. Community seriously needs to improve its provider support, responsiveness, and accountability.
