After the wedding, the kids each got to ride ponies, a cart pulled by ponies, a non-hay ride, and they got to visit the lots of animals in the barns and fields. They have two elk, several reindeer, pigs, goats, chickens, turkeys, emus, rabbits, cats, horses, donkeys, a camel named Charlie, and a mule, to name a few animals. This is a petting farm, so the kids get to pet all the animals. There were three farm workers assisting with all the kids. This place is pretty huge. The people who like to dance stayed in the barn dancing. The people who like to drink stayed in the barn drinking. The kids and adults that never grew up played baseball and football outside. The smokers had their own little place too. This place has a little something for everyone. Fans take the place of air conditioning and at times, it was actually much cooler outside in the shade and breeze, even on the hot 80 degree day. Recommend if you're country.

Since the moment we contacted Vell's through the days after our event, this venue did everything they possibly could to accommodate us. They worked with us on dates, they gave us so many menu options, they kept us up-to-date of all the restrictions going on in the state (we were planning from states away.) We changed a few things on them and they could not have been nicer about it. The food was amazing and the venue was beautiful. All our guests had everything they needed and everything went off without a hitch. Not only was it an amazing and beautiful event but it was also very affordable. We told them our budget and guest list and they gave us an option that worked for us. Also, everything was super clean and we have had no problems with the virus since our event.
